I absolutely love the Dollar General no matter what town or state its in I always have a good experience. I find what I need easily, great customer service and fast checkout! Love love love them!

Great Store, but NO ONE would answer the phone the day that I called, so I HAD to take my business somewhere else!

They are good at this place help you with questions fast!! And show you where it can be found!

Bargains but sometimes out of the items but a great a great place to get deals

Home decor is cute

I like this particular location cause you can find stuff in here that you cant find in other locations. This is the best location Ive been to where the associates are nice as well. I did NOT give this store a 5 star due to the limited space to walk to the bathroom. A shelf of books making the bathroom less accessible for anyone.

Very un organized

Just opening from hurricane Michael flood, missed the store while closed, even though we have 4 or more in Lumberton. The store was in good shape and stocked well. I am a 40 year retail manager, so this is impressive. Thanks for caring.

I prefer to shop here over anywhere else... dont like the bigger department stores like Walmart.. only go there if Dollar general doesnt have it.. THANKS Dollar General

I love dollar general, been going for years my favorite place to shop..I felt sorry for the cashier, she was all alone, the line was backed up, it took 15 to 20 minutes to get to the register.she was such a trooper very professional..

If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go for a quick picker upper..

Worst customer service ever! Stood waiting for western union for 20 minutes before someone asked what I needed and have stood here for another 15 minutes at this point and still no one has come to help me. Completely ridiculous.

This DG has items not found at the other DGs. It may be smaller, but it has a lot to offer.

You Top Dogs need to fix your AC for your employees before they have a heat stroke. I couldnt finish my shopping because your building does not have AC. And this isnt the first time your AC didnt work. Its 93 degrees, imagine being inside a Metal building working for your company. ...not happy at ALL...

Generally a good store, however customer service levels are very dependent on who is working. Most are great, but a few are absolutely terrible. Weeding out the employees that DONT provide good customer service would increase my rating significantly.

To many people in the store at one time

Well.me and my friend went there one night and shopped they had some Valentines stuff on clearance up front close to the register and the caisher was freindly well me and my freind went on shopping and we both spent like a hundred dollars on stuff well we check out and got our stuff in the car and my freind had to make a phone call so she was on the phone for about 10minutes then the law pulls up and comes to our car and ask what we were doing and we told him that we had just got through shopping and my friend was sitting there making a phone insead driving and talkig on the phone he said they had called cause we were sitting out in parking lot and then were closing The moral wof this story is how dare them call the law on us after we just got through shopping there and it was very important call like us to woman was going rob them or something i will never spend my money at that Dollar store again

Store accepts both printed and newspaper coupons. Store manager and his team provide great customer service. This location is the cleanest of all DGs located here in Lumberton.
