I use PostNet often, I have never had a bad experience here. The people are just absolutely positively amazing! Crystal, Lorenzo, Diane & Alan are just lovely people. Once you step inside of their establishment, you immediately see why they’re so busy, the customer service is always 5 star rated. Don’t waste your time with Office Depot, stop by Post Net for ALL your printing needs!

(2017) Adding to my post from a year ago... PostNet is easy to work with. Their service is prompt, quality high and staff helpful and friendly. Kudos to PostNet for helping me with all my business needs! /(2016) Allen and Diane and company have done a great job serving all of our business needs. Copies, signs, packaging etc. We highly recommend them!

Postnet does it all!!! Copy, print, fax! Get business cards, invitations, announcements, flyers... if you need something on paper just ask them. The wonderful staff at Postnet will get it done. If you need it boxed and mailed they can do that too.

The manager, Crystal was very rude and told me that the recipient of my package lacked “common sense” because they were not at their office to receive a package on a Saturday. I paid to have something delivered on a Saturday and was not told that UPS and FedEx are not able to put mail into a mail slot of a business so I wasted the money on overnight weekend delivery when I could have just sent it for delivery on Monday to get the same result. The customer service is terrible and if I could give less than 1 star I would. To blatantly call your customers stupid is not a way to run a business. Offering a refund or even a partial refund for their lack of information upon sending the package would have been the right thing to do.

Do not go here for your shipping needs. I had two small box packages one going to New York and one going to New Hampshire. The packages weighed no more then 2 pounds each. These guys wanted to charge me $22 each to ship these packages. Me selling items on eBay for years, knows you can ship both of these for under $10 each priority 2 day shipping. I went right to the post office and shipped both for around $8 each. This was crazy! I only went here for the convenience factor to keep from going to the post office. I learned my lesson very quick to stay clear of this place. Dont pay these crazy prices.
