A physically challenged elderly gentleman fell out of his rolling chair while I was there. This happened right smack in front of the store at their standing cubicles. I was so appalled to see that NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT WOULD DARE GO OVER TO SEE IF HE WAS OK, OR IF THEY NEEDED TO ASSIST WITH HELPING HIM GET BACK INTO HIS ROLLING CHAIR. Instead, his worker, and another gentleman helped him to get back into his rolling chair. I am so ashamed to know that this is what we call A COUNTRY. Instead of showing compassion, they stood there looking as if they were too pretty, and too good to touch someone such as this fragile gentleman. America needs to wake up, and especially spectrum employees. I hope that this will get mastered all over the internet and the news. Please share.

I don’t know how Spectrum maintains anything over a 1 star rating. They are horrible. Most expensive internet I’ve ever seen (I’m from Chicago fyi, our cigarettes are $14 a pack). This company has a monopoly a lot like Robco water & electric providers. Spectrum once told me they raised the price because “we provide great service, so we raised it $5.00 mo). I didn’t know that Spectrum was ran by the Taliban?! I don’t get to provide excellent physicals to my patients and charge an extra $50 because, I just perform excellent physicals. FOH! Spectrum is garbage and needs to be brought down a peg or 2. Also, my service is out right now! Good job Spectrum.

I had to find the right person whom just happened to be at work. As I interacted with four people, three of them were very helpful, two of them were very condescending and a waste if time. I dont know what makes some personnel so driven to be the smartest person in the room. All customers want is assistance and not to have their IQ tested, especially Kate in the evening. I had two spectrum employees assume that I called because I simply didnt know what I was talking about so the advice they afforded was inferior or wrong which left me feeling less than and needing to call back.Spectrum is expensive and better than their competition. If they would make sure that all their customer is service representatives were armed with facts and not attitude it would be an improvement.

No store phone numbers. Hassel to see if store was open to help father exchange his remote but quick and easy when he went. I use ther internet but not TV they didnt offer me a new deal as a current customer until the day I was getting satellite installed. Gave them every chance for me to say with them.

The absolute worst Ive ever experienced in every single aspect from technology support billing even just to get a Representative live person on phone is a task all by itself the most rudest ppl ever they should all be ashamed how they talk to there paying customers which in part is were a Portion of their paychecks come from the Customers‼️ version Xfinity was the best ever Comcast would be my next choice. Its to bad either company isnt in the country I live in.

Customer service never gives the same info as the ppl over the phone and the fact we cant call stores directly is a big inconvenience...could have saved me so much time

Wow 👏 the service from the older white lady was terrible. She shouldve been a drill Sargent in the army. Glad the black lady was nice an helpful. On lady in line couldnt hear well an she kept hollering at her it was awful I felt sorry for the lady . Not professional at all.

Was there longer than expected but the service was friendly, they were very helpful. I also took note of the folks helping eachother troubleshoot when there was confusion on how to resolve an issue that arose while solving my reason for being there. Impressed.

Horrible! The clerk was extremely rude; even said thats why you have a broken phone. Lied about having all phones available that was on display to choose from. Go back in after paying the phone off to be told only THIS phone is available. Not sure who trained this girl but whoever did need to be fired just like her.

Ok first off this is not in relation to the local store. Everyone was friendly and my visit was quick. This is a complaint about the company itself. After canceling my service I went to close my account online. However, according to the chat person, Kelly, they dont close online accounts. Now why would they want to keep my account online open if I no longer have a need for it? I feel like it could possibly open the door to someone opening another service in my name, if someone was to hack their servers. I want it closed. But then Kelly says leaving it open makes it harder? No, honey, thats not how the internet works and I am 100% done. I will never have service with them again, especially since they put a 20 dollar upgrade on my account without my consent.

Worst customer service ever! Havent seen a paper bill this month yet so I went to pay my bill in person and was told to use the kiosk that does not provide change. I replied that I had cash and I needed my change. I was then told they would NOT take my money at the counter. Mind you there is only one other customer in the place with 5 employees sitting in chairs! NO ONE MOVED! I asked again how am I supposed to pay my bill and was rudely told again to use the kiosk. Why are 5 people working there in the first place if all you are going to do is send people to a kiosk? SMH. I encourage everyone that reads this to file a complaint like I did with the Better Business Bureau. This is just ridiculous.

Hated that they moved. They were right up the street from my home. Like the new location. Teresa was very nice and helpful. She helped me with upgrading my modem to the latest Internet equipment. I was having a few issues with the current modem that I have had for years. It was time. Hopefully, this will clear up the issues and improve the service.*****Update - 08/16/2021 - Update***Went in to take a look at 3 Samsung Galaxy smartphones to see which one I wanted for my birthday coming up on Thursday. No one was available to help me, so I was on my own. Checked out the S21 5G, Flip 3 & Fold. They are all nice. Kinda leaning towards the Fold. The display is very nice. Hopefully, I will have made a definite decision by Thursday.

I have spectrum currently and have had it previously before and I always have the same problem reguardless of location. It is frequently going out. In the middle of a movie? Playing an online game? Video chat? Not anymore and not for hours. This happens at least once or twice a week and it is annoying. I advise to not do research where you cant save it continuously. I am searching for another tv and internet provider as we speak because why pay over 200 a month for barely there service?

I called the 800 number yesterday to change my plan and they told me I could do it in a store so I went to the store and they told me I couldnt do it til I told all my boxes back to store and than they could do it.. spectrum needs to get it together with the 800 number or the store needs to get with 800 they ant on the same paper ugh🤦🏽‍♀️

Not talking about the local office but Spectrum business as a whole isn’t even worth 1 star! They as a whole company do not care about their customers. If you have a business and Can not get a tech out for over a day what is that saying about handling their business. Customer service???
