We have been waiting for service in our home for over a month. Promise if there were any other options we’d tell everyone not to even use this company. Every time we call it’s someone else’s fault our service has not been connected ! If this were my business I would want someone to tell me what kind of poor service I’m providing ! Also, I would find someone else to handle my contract work since they are the people you continue to blame! Please ROBCO people let’s find another service provider for the area!

Great service almost never goes out
Im not too sure why theres so many negative reviews. This service is far superior than Spectrum. I never had any issues with the uplink or with my service. My only wish is to add more premiums for higher speeds. Included a screenshot of my wireless connection.
Paying 160.00 a month and then they want me too buy streaming services..Getting a bit overboard with these prices...

The only “ High-speed” thing about Bluewave is how fast I’m gonna leave this provider. I’m 15 feet away from the router, does it really have to be SOO slow ?? My signal strength is at 64% Any chance you can make improvements but In this century? 🤦🏽♂️

Had service hooked up today and not working tonight Im not sure whats going on. They also need a call center where they are available 24/7. It makes no sense to have to wait till the next day to receive technical support during nonoffice hours. It took forever for them to come out and hook it up as well. So far I am not hapy with the service.

Office in Lumberton, but Above is claimed they only service Grown and Horry. Im not a customer but being generous with 2 stars as its obviously fishy. Thanks Google for allowing me not to pay for something offered (outside gtown/Horry) in bad faith. Maybe they will improve, maybe they wont make it. Either way, of they cant service an area, be consistent about communicating that.
From the moment I got blue it has been nothing but problems. For the price I pay they should offer more Chanells and the router kept going out then they came and upgraded my router and now my services have been out all day. I’m going to direct TV

Dont provide service in your area (hwy-710 between pembroke & red springs 🙄)It says right on your website most of robeson county. There is even an outage notice for residents along hwy-710... your office is in lumberton. (Thats North Carolina)

Bluewaves services were great. Im giving 3 stars because since we cancelled our TV with them (we kept the internet), Ive had nothing but problems. Turned in our TV equipment to LREMC on 11/2 & here it is 24 days later & theyve been giving me the run around big time. Our bill is almost $400 because theyre still saying that they havent received our equipment (when I was just told last week that they had). Its just a big headache. They should definitely find a better way for customers to return equipment because this has been a bunch of nonsense.
