Very disappointed in Blus car wash today. Ive used it a dozen times in the past and have had for the most part good results. The difference being, this time my truck needed it! Usually I show up with a truck that needs a wash and a good shine, this time the truck was on a road trip and looked it. Love bugs, road grime, dirty wheel wheels... Blus couldnt cut the crud, even with the usual top of the line wash.

I am a regular customer at Blu’s Car Wash. I am always happy with the service here - but I am especially happy today. After paying for the top of the line wash, my car still had dirty spots that I was unhappy with. I talked with the manager, Cody, and he sent me back through the car wash and then came out and wiped it down himself. It looked great! Thank you so much for the great customer service!

Fun car wash! All the soaps are different neon colors. They do a good job.

Excellent wash. Minus 1 star because the rinse and dry does not get all of the soap off of my windows under the window vents. Photo is after I wiped the suds off. I just posted it for clarification of what I mean by window vents.

There are other car washes that are good in town but blus is the absolute best! Friendly and helpful staff ! Worth the money without a doubt !

With just the 10.00 wash my 2013 looks brand new!! And on Tuesday they give 4.00 off any wash!! Super friendly and fast service. The best!!

The staff is super friendly and you can tell they put care into the upkeep. Trash cans are constantly checked and emptied. One of the employees even came over after I had my car washed and helped me wipe it down. I didnt even pay for the detail that time but he still helped. Excellent car wash.

Of the 50 million car washes in Lumberton, this is BY FAR the best! My kids love the lights, I love the air freshener and the customer service is always THE BEST! They have towels for you to use and the vaccums actually have a point and VERY strong suction (i literally accidentally sucked up my sons face mask. Opps.)

I’ve used all car washes in lumberton and chose car wash by howells in Beaumont UNTIL this facility opened. The cleanest my Tahoe has ever looked from a drive through car wash !I get compliments for days on how clean it looks . They also provide towels to dry off if the dryers missed spots (which is minimal compared to the spots missed at other locations )Bonus it’s never packed so it’s in and out and employees are friendly and glad to HELP
