Ive been really hesitant on trying BlueWave Express due to a handful of bad reviews about damage to cars. I recently had back surgery and am unable to hand wash my truck for now. I bought the $16 wash just to try it out and was really impressed. I had no damage to my truck. It wasnt a perfect wash however compared to before the wash it looks great. Im old fashioned in that I prefer to hand wax my truck with an orbital buffer but Im probably going to sign up for the cheaper unlimited wash package for before I wax as I think it is a great deal. Employees were all professional and vacuums were very good also. I realize things can happen and some of the negative reviews probably had some basis but my experience was great and in my personal opinion this business is well worth your time and the small monthly fee is totally worth it.

I had a lot of bugs on my car after taking a road trip last evening. I went to this car wash which was 25 minutes away from my home because it was the closest one that had good reviews. When I pulled up to pay, I asked the man if they had any packages that would remove the bugs from my car, and he defiantly said no, we don’t do that here with a smile on his face. Customer service skills were 0 stars because it he didn’t even have the decency to feign remorse. Do NOT come to this car wash if you expect to have the bugs cleaned off your car - you will be disappointed.

This place is awesome! One of the employees met me at my window and explained all the options to me (with a smile) and then selected my desired my choice in wash and swiped my card for me. After recieving wonderful service I came out of the wash with a new car shine. The wheels were actually clean and the wax option was well worth the price. Thank you bluewave express, you are now my go to car wash.

Free vaccums that yall

Excellent service. what more can you ask from a car wash than free vacuums? I love going there, pulling in and not having a time limit on cleaning out my car. the employees help you to position your car on the tracks so you dont get stuck.

The employees were vary friendly and the wash bay did a great job on my car made it look like I just bought it and it came out with a great shine and wax job definitely would recommend the blue wave to friends and family

This place is like taking a chance on tearing your car up. The kid working there guided me crooked on conveyor belt. It grinded my front left tire and wouldnt push vehicle thru. Been thru dozens car washes like this, attendant gonna try and blame it on me that I wasnt in neutral. Was in neutral belt kept turning steering wheel and rubbing cause tire was too close to rail. Lost some lettering on tires. Sure its fast and easy but this place will easily damage your car a good percentage of the times you use it. Thks for trying to shift blame once again. Attendant had the truck to close to rail. I didnt touch steering wheel it started turning on its on while being pull into wash. You just had employee who screwed up.

I initially gave Blue Wave 4 stars but since Ive been using them for the past few months the service had gotten less than desirable. The sprayers dont deliver enough soap. The soap doesnt get rinsed off. And the people they have doing the pre soak before entering the carwash need to show a little more enthusiasm 🙄. Sorry guys.

Blue wave car wash has recently had two employees test positive for covid. My sons friend being one of them. instead of following proper protocol and shutting the place down to clean and sanitize, they have chosen to ignore it. Even going as far as to try and keep the infection secret from the rest of the workers. I know several people who have called customer service to ask whats going on and they were assured the the store would be temporarily shut down. that never happed. it is unsafe for the poor workers as well as the customers coming through. shame on bluewave for caring more about money than safety.

Im coming on here to leave a review about covid-19 being at the store and nothing being done about it. And I see there is already a complaint. blue wave’s response is a total lie. I called customer service myself and was assured that the area manager Gabby would be reprimanded for trying to push this covid outbreak under the rug. After a friend called to complain and they assured her they would shut down and take precautionary measures. There was no shut down and no professional cleaning. In fact they are denying anyone even has had it. Also the employees were encouraged not to get tested at all as to not make matters worse, not offered to get free testing. This place is a joke and a health liability. I will be calling the health department first thing in the morning.

I had the pleasure of meeting the local manager Ken today. I have been apprehensive about using the new car wash because my Jeep has a lift. He explained to me the materials used (no brushes) and that made me feel better. And, that they have tall trucks come thru all the time with no issues. He also told me about the membership that I could purchase. I will definitely give you guys a try!!

Best place to was your vehicle, free vacuums and amazing tunnel wash. The only flaw is that theres no pressure washing the floor mats

In the first month of using this car wash it was great. Now that they have plenty of business The quality of the wash has been altered. The speed that the cars goes thru the wash seems to have increased and the tire scrub and tire shine, specifically on the passenger side is slim to non existence. I have complained to the attendants on multiple occasions and nothing has been done. The spot free rinse has been diluted and the vehicle does not dry like it did before leaving soap spots on the paint. I have a membership and purchased the top plan they have. I cant wait to see what the other new car washes being built have to offer. As soon as there built I will be shopping and looking to leave BLUE WAVE. ??????????????????????? Its been three weeks since I sent this review. And nothing has changed. Spot free rinse is still the same. If you dont wipe your car good you will have soap spots. The tire scrub and shine on the passenger side has not be touched. Still not working near as good as the driver side.

Caution avoid this business. They dont stand by their services and the equipment will damage your vehicle. They will not pay for repairs and have many excuses why they wont . There are no warning signs that the equipment could damage your car. This is a low class racket and will fail when Lumberton residents catch on to how they do business. Stear clear.

Will NEVER use this car wash again the trim was torn off my vehicle roof and it’s not like I drive a lifted vehicle. Ford Explorer when my husband went to pick up trim piece he was told it happens all the time..wait what?!? LOL I will be canceling my membership first thing Monday morning! The only reason I gave one star is because I could not leave 0.

My fiance took her car there and the pressure is so great that it forced the water in through the sunroof and flooded the inside of your car. when I called customer service I sat on hold for 20 minutes and had to leave a voicemail and still have not heard anything and thats been over a week ago.

I wish I could rate this car wash with no stars. I paid for the top rated wash, and it didn’t even touch my head lights. The wash overall was bad. I have asphalt left on the sides of my car and the back. Before my car wasn’t that dirty, so I expected it to get very clean, but it didn’t. I did like the free vacuums, that’s the only good thing about it.

Fast and efficient! Free vacuum after you wash it for as long as it takes. Also there is and air blower to help you get the stuck mud or sand out!

I have had a very bad experience at this car wash. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My car was hit by a truck inside the car wash and even with a video (that I also recorded on my phone) there trying to say it was my fault and that I put my car in reverse.(my car was in neutral the whole time like the directions says) Kenny the manager was just rude about it saying “well you can come watch the tape” even with the video proving it wasn’t my fault, hes stills making excuses. Just not a good car wash at all. Definitely won’t be using any automatic car washes anymore.

This is a great car wash. I didnt get the highest priced wash but my car shined for weeks after the medium grade wash. Very convenient.

Worst car wash! Went trough this car wash and it blew the top roof trim off my Acura! Manager showed me the video where it was on the car going in, but was blown off by the drying blowers which damaged the piece of trim, as well as the side of the car. Filled out an incident claim to get it repaired, but was told it was denied because they weren’t responsible for the blowers blowing things off cars. REALLY! It was fine when it went in but was damaged by their equipment. Stay away from Blue Wave car washes if you care about the condition of your vehicle!

Best place EVER . I wish it was in my town of Kirbyville. I have to drive an hour to use this one.

I loved it, never thought about hating it, replied great service.!

First off there is no undercarriage rinse . Next it left soap all on my vehicle, had to go next door to rinse the soap off due to the long line and didnt have time to run it through again. But the staff is very friendly and definitely want to help anyway they can.

Complicated to reach this company by phone. I emailed them to cancel my membership because the car wash was damaging my car. They kept charging me for membership even though I wasnt using it. Finally had to talk to someone at the wash to get cancelation to go through.should have done that in the first place but they shouldnt provide a number and email if someone cant reach them this way...

We went through the wash and all the bugs werent off the front of the car. We talked to the manager and he had us go back through and the guy sprayed the whole front of the car that time and all the bugs came off.

When the machines damage your vehicle the will deny the claim and not fix the damage there machines did. Only reason to go here is to use the free vacuums

Bad experience!! Broke my back windshield wiper off. Filled out an incident report with the manager on duty, he said someone would contact me within 2 days, and still nothing. The manager even admitted that they know how much damage these car washes can do to your vehicle!!!
