I always save so much time calling Helen Clarks office instead of the Allstate customer service number. Helen Clarks office answers on the first ring, and you speak to an agent immediately. The Allstate customer service number has always had very long hold times for me.Helen Clarks office is awesome. I really appreciate Justin for his AWESOME job helping me with my auto coverage. I wanted to increase my coverage from state minimums because I found out I would be liable if I were at fault for a accident with a more expensive car than the minimum coverage.I use MileWise, and save SO MUCH! I honestly am blown away with the low price of MileWise. With MileWise, my premium only went up about $68 per 6 months and I am at high coverage with low deductibles!!! My per mile rate only increased marginally as well.Justin KNOWS insurance! He knew EXACTLY which types of coverage would need a higher amount, was able to clearly articulate in basic terms what each coverage type is (comprehensive means. . ., underinsured motorist means. . .), and told me upfront exactly what I needed.I really trust Justin. I specifically ask for him whenever I call because he is so knowledgeable about insurance - he really knows his stuff, and more importantly, during our conversations he has demonstrated he is extremely trustworthy and honest, as well as only suggesting what was in my best interest - no unnecessary coverage.I am delighted to have Justin as my agent, since he is honest and upfront and knows exactly what I need - and nothing more.I always have a great experience whenever I call Helen Clarks office. Definitely ask for him! Everyones extremely friendly and knowledgeable at Helen Clarks.I am so thankful for having a local agency that is so customer service oriented.
