Trey is the best! He is a great teacher and after my meeting with him yesterday I feel like he wanted me to be more knowledgeable about my coverage instead of just selling me more insurance. He explained everything about my coverage, where it falls short, what other options I have, etc. and he explained it in a way that someone who knows nothing about insurance (ME) can easily understand. I’ve only met him one time but he seems like an all around great guy. He’s definitely passionate about helping people and is using his career field to do just that!

Trey was very professional, informative, patient and understanding. It was my first meeting with him and after about 15 minutes I felt I had known him for a long time. He took a lot of time to explain things which I truly appreciated and he never made me feel like I had to purchase a certain amount of insurance for my home or vehicle. Was with this company for 6 years. A woman there name Felicia had told me at one point that if my car was sitting up, I had to have liability on it or I could go to jail. Thats a complete lie and not sure how she came to say that. Then I left because they jacked my monthly from 87.00 to 139.00 and called it a nationwide increase. Then they sent me emails saying to come back to them and when I called for a price quote, it was 500 a month!!!!!! They said they do it so people wont sign with them. Car dealers should be mad about this way of doing business. I just had a baby and had planned to get a new car but not when the monthly payment for insurance is more than the car note. I have no wrecks. In my 40s. Did business with them for a long time and this is how they are treating people today. Unlike their commercials, State Farm will not be there for you, unless it is to rip you off.
