Great shopping experience! Ella was so sweet and she gave excellent customer service. She was professional, she greeted us and made eye contact. She made us feel like valued customers and informed us about the items that were on sale.

Charlotte was rude. I tried to ask for assistance and she completely ignored me. So I walked away. I caught up with in another aisle by coincidence, she looked right at me and I tried to get her attention and she continued to sweep and ignore me. Very rude customer service. Definitely prefer this Dollar Tree to the other one in Lufkin. Much cleaner, more of a selection to choose from. Both have friendly staff but this one is more organized and has a more items to browse and purchase.

There was only one cashier and she was taking her sweet time when the line did a whole loop around the store

They had long lines and only one checker two were talking with each other then they decided to check and one of them went into the office to sit down. After she only checked out 2 people. I stood in line longer than I actually did getting what I needed from this store.

The employee, William was NOT a wearing the state mandated mask. There was no toilet paper in the restroom, although it was in stock and they didnt have any soap in the bathroom. I would never go here again. It was disgusting to have a employee with no mask, who also didnt wash his hands after he used the restroom, to handle my purchases.

There was one employee that was rude. I just asked simple question and she answered me rudely. Even my 10 year old daughter told me so.

Lack of professionalism with management at your location at 2215 S 1st St, Lufkin, TX 75901. I have frequented this store many times over the past 4 yrs and it is the same every time. Unkempt, partial empty shelves while boxes of items are just sitting blocking the aisles.You do see people putting items on display but they seem to do so at a snails pace. lines will back up with up to ten people, yet you still have to go find someone to check you out when they can obviously see all of us there. And then they act annoyed and rude when you do ask for help.There are 4 check out lanes here but the norm is for only one to be open. There are a few cashiers that are nice and try to be helpful. But to the problem of this stores management, I dont know if they thought just because they were promoted they didnt have to do anything any more or what, but theses are some of the laziest people in management I have ever seen. The worst one is named Alonzo, he will walk out of the office see how crowded it is and just do a 180 and turn around go straight back in the office and shut the door. I have heard theses poor girls call him over the speaker and ask for help at the front end. and when and if he shows up to help at all he is rude and then hollers at them to not bother him again. I have walked into the store when he was near the entrance with my grandchild and he will say loud enough for anyone who is around him to hear him say, and I quote I hate kids.Try to explain that to a saddened child why someone who doesnt even know him would hate him. I have friends who have told me they have heard him say the same sort thing. I have never seen him pleasant with anyone With the exception of a few female employees hes been rumored to have had affairs with, though hes a married man. The other three are Felicia,Mary and Amber, They all act like the customers are more of an annoyance that a paying patron. Maybe you need to do a mystery shopping experience yourself, no heads up that your coming and see whatsgoing on there for yourself. If there were still another dollar store here in Lufkin I would surely never shop your store again. Thank you for your time and I sincerely hope you look into the matter.I have reached the point to where I would rather pay a little more else where than have to go there.
