Gym seemed good at first look, so I joined. Quickly realized that they dont even keep the place at a reasonable temperature in the heat. Decided I wanted to cancel membership July 31st and the owner said I had to pay for August because it was too late! Last I checked, July 31st is not August 1st. Only plus to this place is that they have equipment. I wish there was a good gym in lufkin.

This place let me workout for free, when I came in from out of town. The owner was extremely nice. Its an old school gym. So dont come here expecting to get pampered (like the other guy complaining about the temperature on the other review). You come here to lift some weights and go home. Its not pretty, but its dependable! Plus the owner is extremely nice and giving!
