I have been going to Dr Byler for over 20 year’s and have always received the best care! The staff has always been friendly and nice, very organized. Going to the dentist has never been a favorite thing for me, but Dr. Byler is very kind and gentle anytime I had some extensive dental work he called and checked on me. Joyce is wonderful! A Big thank you to Dr. Byler and your wonderful staff for all that you do!!

Highly recommend! Dr. Byler has been my dentist for years and I couldn’t be happier. You walk in to an inviting waiting room where there is a friendly receptionist that greets you and knows your name. The wait time is minimal and the he staff is very friendly and caring. The hygienist explains everything as she is going. I know some people are afraid of the dentist but you’ll be happy with Dr. Byler.

The staff is wonderful. You don’t have to wait forever for your appointment and everyone is friendly and helpful. Super thankful I found this office.

This was my first visit with Dr. Byler, and of course was a little nervous. But, upon arriving I was greeted with the most pleasant receptionist, a healthy smile which made me feel very comfortable. I expected to wait a while but it was only a few minutes until another very happy assistant came and made me feel even more comfortable. I had x-rays done and upon meeting Dr. Byler, it was a pleasure. I could go on and on, but will just say, I even thought about making another appointment to just start my day off with a smile. If there had been10 stars, He would have gotten all 10.

Amazing. Made me feel very comfortable, and had absolutely no worries about anything while there. The nurse that took x-rays and got me ready was wonderful. He called himself later that night to check on me. I recommend him to any and everyone.

As usual extremely pleasant and very efficient. There are very short waiting room waits and short exam waits. Everything that is done is very gentle and thoroughly explained. All in all a most pleasant experience from someone who considered a dental visit a necessary evil!

As always, I was treated with politeness and professionalism from the check in to the check out. I felt cared for and needs met from the hygienist and Dr. Byler. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care.

I was a walk-in and I didn’t hardly have to wait. The front desk lady was very kind. They played Christian music and it was a very positive environment. Dr. Byler was very efficient. He knew exactly what was wrong and didn’t try to rip me off. In fact, he told me to buy a mouth guard over the counter to save money for the issue I was having. His assistant was such a blessing too. She used to work at the Lufkin pediatric office and was very kind to my son. Overall GREAT experience!

AMAZING!! I came in today with two cavities, and horrible pain in my jaw. They filled one cavity and I made an Appointment to get my other one filled due to me not having enough time today. I have been coming to this office since 2001. The entire office staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and personable. When I go, I NEVER dread going to the dentist. Its like coming to visit old friends. Despite moving 2.5 hours away, I will still schedule my appointments here. I dont want to use another dentist! Seriously, give them a shot if youre looking for a new dentist!
