Rawle Komakie (branch manager) is simply great. Every time. One of the main reasons I rent only from Hertz

I can not tell you how horrible customer service they have. We paid for our reservation 2 weeks in advance and they call us the morning we are supposed to leave to tell us that they dont have a vehicle for us. Their only resolution is to call the 1 800 number for a refund. DO NOT USE HERTZ IN LUFKIN.

Megan was Awesome, a great help.... My rental was part of a insurance claim but I still had to pay a $50 dollar deposit other than that it would have been 5 star

I had reservations two weeks in advance, got there day before road trip vacay and was told they did not have the vehicle. Had to settle for a smaller cheaper vehicle and was told I would receive a refund for the difference I had paid for the nicer bigger one. Needless to say... after hours and many phone calls I NEVER received one copper penny back. I WILL NEVER do business with Hertz again. Btw the young man in the Lufkin offices ONLY tells you what you want to hear but does not back anything up once he’s cornered. He only gives you a ph.# to call, which gets you NOWHERE.

Never use these people they are a rip off. Advertising cheaper rates but will charge you additional fee of up to $300 because they have to vacuum the car. Which is something they should do anyways after each rental. Will not be back & Enterprise will be getting my business from now on.

The manager is a great guy, but this location is always short on vehicles. Dont make a reservation through Hertz, they probably wont have the vehicle available when you get there.

Fast friendly service. The staff was very professional. I would choose Hertz anytime over Enterprise!!

Great customer service. The agent went out far and beyond to acquire a vehicle for me that was requested on a very short notice by personally driving 95 miles roundtrip to another one of their locations to guarantee me a vehicle...

Employee was rude. The office area was awful. Dirty and run down. Walked out.

If you need to rent a car or van they will pick you up and drop you off at your home or hotel*Motel
