The only downfall is with covid the rates are alot higher. Also if you dont use a credit card and just a debit card its a 300 deposit
I normally dont rent cars.My first impression with the gentleman working the dest was not very good.The young lady on the other hand was a very good impression. She was as helpful as she could be under the companys policies.Enterprise company failed to post a clear to rent in the future from our past (2007). Someone back then didnt do their job 😑We did get a very clean car to use. Just remember to tank up. They do not give you a full tank of fuel or acquaint you with car functioning.
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CAR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RESERVED FOR US,AN THEY DIDNT HELP MUCH TO FIND US ONE EITHER. WE HAD TO FIND OUR OWN CAR THRU ANOTHER ENTERPRISE AN HOUR AWAY FROM US.
Wanted to rent a SUV or van for the weekend,(a bit late to be fair) but got told that everything was booked not from the lady that was attending us but the dude behind the desk that was already attending someone else. Very unprofessional and didn’t get to explore any options. We took our business elsewhere.
We were told abruptly the day of that the car we were renting through them had to be brought back that day by 6. Our car is currently in the shop bc we were rear ended. And they tell us THE DAY OF!! We live an hour and a half away, and we both were at work until 6 that day! 5AM-6PM. We take off from work as early as we could..around 4:30ish, to try and get their car back to them. On the way, of course road work has us stopped..so now we are maybe 10 mins behind bc they close at 6 right…. Any HUMAN BEING would be a little understanding with the circumstances..at least you would think. Well we give them a courtesy call to let them know we are a lil behind due to road work. They proceed to tell us, “We are out the door at 6, leave the keys and if anything happens to the car you are liable”. We arrive at 6:08. Of course, they have cut the lights off and closed shop, knowing we were trying to get there as quick as we could! Im utterly disgusted by the service We have been given!
My experience with Enterprise Renr-A-Car was okay. First, I was given a confirmation #, so I assumed I was set. However, I found out, by voicemail, that my 10 AM confirmed vehicle, the next morning, was not going to be available. I was told on the voicemail that I would not be able to get the SUV, I wanted, but, I might be able to get a car at 4 PM, the next day. Disappointing and put me in a panic mode. I had hotel reservations and needed to keep them. I had plans to visit my sister in the hospital, 6 hours away. I scramble and made a reservation with Enterprise in a town 30 miles away. I wasnt sure about my 2nd confirmed reservation. However, I was able to really rent the SUV, I wanted. I tried to call the Enterprise in the town 30 miles away, several times that next morning. They never answered. My reservation was for 9 AM. I attempted to reach that office starting at about 8:10 AM until I arrived a little after 9 AM. I was please with the vehicle. Before leaving, I had to go inside the office and wait until one of the men came out from a room, down the hall. I needed to know where to plug my car charger. He did it for me, quickly. I needed help with getting my phone bluetooth and the car to sync, so I could have satellite radio, which Id requested. We were unable to make it work. Disappointing. I had to ask how to open the back tailgate. I also had to ask how to work the cruise control. I couldnt make it work until I was on my way back, about two hours from home. Very disappointing. Lastly, when I arrived at the office to return the vehicle, I got all of my items out of the rental, walked into the office, where three or four people were waiting. I stood, waiting, for 10- 15 minutes. No one was inside the building. Finally a man entered from the back door. It lsounded and ooked like hed been washing/vacuuming cars. He asked if I was returning, then gestured in the place i should put my key. I asked is that all? He said yes. Didnt check out my rental at all, ask my name -nothing. I told him that Id returned the vehicle with extra gas in it. He said, Cool. That was it. The good part of the experience was that the SUV was clean, inside, smelled okay and handled well. It was disappointing that I had to travel the 30 miles extra, added to the 6 hour trip going and coming. My travel time ended up being a total of 13 hours instead of 12 hours. Disappointing.
In April I went to the Lufkin location to reserve a 15 passenger van for a trip that I would be taking in June. I called several times to reconfirm the reservation, even went back to the location a week before my trip to add an additional drive and reconfirm that the van would be there for me to pick up. I was reassured that everything was good to go. I called the location 2 days before my trip to see what time I could pick up the van and was told they do not get vans in and that I would need to go to the Nacogdoches location and get the van, but Nacogdoches was unaware of the reservation and had no vans available (understandable as it is peek season and the reservation wasn’t made through them). The Lufkin location basically tried to push the reservation off on the Nacogdoches location. I contacted customer service to try and have the situation resolved and was told that my complaint was marked as urgent and I would hear back that day, here it is 2 days AFTER my reserves pick up day and haven’t heard back from anyone from Enterprise. Thankfully AVIS in Conroe was able to get me and my family into a passenger van at a much cheaper rate. I’ve attached a transcript of the voicemail the Nacogdoches location left me explaining that the Lufkin location had attempted to move the reservation to them on the same day that I called and that they were unable to accommodate the change (again understandable on Nacogdoches behalf, as they were unaware of the reservation).
I have used this car rental in the past and will use them again in thefuture. The car is always clean.

Dont waste your time or money, staff is very rude and has a major attitude. Got a card to call her supervisor and its just the regular business phone number. Poor customer service is putting it lightly.
Employees not wearing masks properly. Packed no mask waiting area that was stuffy. Hung up on people visibly. Do not have the cars that have been reserved in stock. Assist the maskless people that take up the lobby instead of the company protocol following people. One person had to wait 3 days for a car, finally got a truck where the wheels kept going low and Enterprise did not assist them. You could hear the air leaking out and the tire was plugged in the side, visibly.
By far the worst Enterprise in the country! They will not answer phone! Very unprofessional and rude. Will give the car that you reserved to another client. Never anyone at the desk. As I type this review someone walked in and has been standing here for 10 minutes. Uhh Ohh well they are leaving now. This place is ridiculous. Rent somewhere else people if possible. Phone is ringing off the hook still.. Lol
Nice people. Good to work with, however, plan on waiting awhile if youre going first thing in the morning. The hours show 8am they open, but plan on 8:15-8:30 at times.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Hunter Maybee has to be the biggest lack of judgement to whomever decided to make him a manager. If he really is. Two of his employees were rude one as much as hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Then when I drove to confront them proceeded to deny that anyone hung up on me till his own employee admitted to hanging op on me. This all stemmed from them waiting till one hour before we were confirmed to pick up our car tell us that they had no vehicles. We needed the car to drive two hours away to fly back home to KC.

It was my first horrible experience with this company my car was dirty and the young man said he would vaccum it out I said ok he did that then sprayed water on the black dirty car I said so the standards have fell off he said what you mean I said Im not dealing with this and cancel my reservation very unprofessional attitude
This location continuously has ‘no vehicles available’ even after receiving a confirmation email regarding the booking. I just got told ‘We tried to call you’ thirty minutes prior to my pick up time. ‘We might have some available this afternoon’ doesn’t work when I have a 10 hour drive ahead of me to get to work. This has happened on 3 separate occasions with my partner being called ‘a bi*ch’ by an employee named Johnathan. Stay away from this location. It’s good for absolutely nothing.
Talk about some lazy employees. Enterprise is supposed to be known for their customer service but the moment you walk in, it’s as if the entire staff can’t be bothered. They all just seem miserable with their jobs and project that misery onto the customer. The doormat is probably the most helpful and cheerful thing here.BUT, when you need a rental car, beggars can’t be choosers when in a small town. If you want better service and a more educated staff, go to the Nacogdoches location.

Customer Service was horrible and they didn’t have the car that I reserved online so why have it available online but when I get there they give me a smaller car for 2 adults and 3 kids. We had to get out like every hour to stretch our legs.. long 8 hr drive
Never have any good cars. Only except major credit cards( not everyone has one fyi) no cash or prepaid cards and insurance rates are high if u dont have insurance they closed on sundays and the vechiles arent cleaned properly when u get it but make sure u clean it and wash or u loose ur deposit and then it takes 24 to 48 hrs to get the deposit back

One star is generous - this place is a joke. We had a reservation, and they gave our car away because we arrived a little late. No alerts, no messages, no calls, nothing. There was no info in our confirmation about them cancelling our reservation if we arrive late. They said “30% of people with reservations don’t show up, so that’s why we only wait an hour before canceling the reservation.” Stuff comes up, life happens, and sometimes people are late.. so instead of calling me, you screw up my entire trip plans because I was a little late? Absolutely absurd.I called Enterprise customer service, who told me the policy for canceling reservations is 24 hours. So apparently any location can have their own unwritten policy about cancelling peoples reservations whenever they want, because they chose to overbook more cars than they have. There’s no written policy, so they might give your car away if your 5 minutes late.10/10 would not recommend.
Twice I have had reservations for a car pre both paid. In both situations there wasnt a vehicle ready to go. Not just for me but 4-6 other customers waiting with reservations, no cars. I would highly suggest alternative transportation arrangements. NJ
Reserved in advance, confirmed, morning of... No cars.. might have at 430pm... No call back, so I call.... Yes, we have some now but were about to close. Terrible attitude and service. At least they answered, the neighboring location doesnt even pick up the phone even to confirm. Called corporate, Carl says, oh no we care let me call.... After being on hold for 10 minutes listening to the recording detail a clean from the middle out approach during Covid-19, Carl just disconnects. Never again will I even consider these knuckleheads.
I reserved a car on a Thursday night. I had to call to change my 12 oclock appointment to 3 oclock, and the lady on the phone was super accommodating and when I got there every thing was done super quick with no problems.. the staff is really helpful and nice.. all around a great experience!
Full of lies. Spoke to the place the afternoon before rental and was told to come in at 8:30AM when they open. Came in via uber because they do not pick you up anymore. No car for rent. They supposedly had a wrong phone number in the system and tried to call. Bullsh*t liars. I spoke to them 13 hours before I got there and they said everything was good to go. NO cars available once I get there. I am supposed to be at the airport in 4 hours. This place is worthless and sad. Go anywhere else.

The staff here are very professional and courteous. The only two employees I know there are Brandion and Jonathan, both of which provided excellent service everytime I was there (which has been a lot lately, since I have to travel a lot and dont have a reliable car).
Prices ridiculous ans the cars arent good to choose from. The car wasnt cleaned out and i was charged a fuel charge

Rented a month long rental through farmer’s due to someone hitting my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle in the drop box due to them getting cars from another branch so I’m waiting for a call to confirm charges and make sure I was completely satisfied. I then call Brandyaun- Management Assistant after receiving receipt and she gave me the worst customer service I could have encountered. She stated I would have to call the insurance to ask for reimbursement & it couldn’t be completed in RFS and that was not her responsibility because she didn’t close the ticket after arguing with her I then ask for the Area Manager’s number and she stated they can’t give out his number anymore. This is not the first time I have encountered her rudeness over the phone or in person. Overall my service with Sarah was amazing but the service from the MA was rude, very unprofessional and doesn’t follow the company’s founding values.

The lady who helped me when I came to pick up my car was rude and was of no help. I wasn’t told before arriving that I needed a credit card instead of a debit card because of an out of state license. I told her I didn’t have it and she said there was nothing she could do for me so I had to walk 3 miles home to get it because my car was in the shop. She badgered me on adding the extra insurances to the car even though I told her I was not interested. Then when I dropped off the car, the process went smooth however I was waiting outside for my cab and five minutes after I had dropped off the car, the same car was rented to another couple without enterprise cleaning the car at all. No sanitation during COVID. That is completely unacceptable especially because enterprise has said they are doing everything in their power to follow CDC guidelines.
After two reservations they failed to honor either one by over booking. Not to mention the sub-par attitude towards us, and the failure to assist another customer who was on a walker trying to get out of the door. The agents lack of concern for their customers is very limited, and the complacency of the employees shows a lack of professionalism in the workplace.
I have had the worst experience with this branch, and I have not even returned my vehicle yet. To start off with, they wanted me to pay extra for something bigger than a car to get my wheelchair in and out of because my insurance was paying the basic rate. Fortunately, I was able to obtain a car I was able to get in and out of, but when I woke up the next day, I had a flat on the front passengers side tire. Therefore, I had to drive to work--which is an hour there and back-- on the donut spare. I had to wake up early the next morning, and spent 3 hours at the tire shop as they stated all 4 tires were bald and it needed an oil change. I have tried for 3 days to reach the Lufkin Enterprise Branch to tell them of my issues and they will not answer; the only reason I knew what to do is because I called the branch in Huntsville who answered as they are supposed to; this branch had approximately one week, if not over one week, to prepare for my rental pick-up.I called the customer service number and filed a complaint, and to my pleasant surprise, I spoke to a very disappointed regional manager out of Dallas, Tx who offered to replace the vehicle and make reparations; I told him there was no point in obtaining another vehicle since I already had the 4 tires and the oil change, and needed to go to work. I told the manager all I wanted was to speak to the Lufkin branch, and they never called me.This will be the last time I use this Branch, and sadly this means I will no longer use the repair shop S and W, since this is the only rental business in Lufkin; I am glad to take my business elsewhere after my experience.

When the great Italian writer Dante Alighieri wrote Inferno he spoke about the nine circles of hell. I would like to amend that poem and add a tenth circle where Enterprise stands. When you first step in to the establishment you are immediately greeted with the aroma of cat urine. Or at least i am assuming it is cat based. Its not like i caught them on a bad day, either. It has smelled like this for years. The next thing you notice is the complete lack of urgency, empathy, or care on the faces of the employees there. I had called 24 hour hours prior do my scheduled pickup to ask if i could bump up my noon pick up time to 8 am that morning. I was told this would be no problem. I asked if they could email a change to my itinerary and they said they could not. I decided to trust them. When I got to Enterprise I was told they had no cars available and would not have one for at least a couple of hours. They did not know why I was given that information. They didnt really have any solutions, and they didnt seem to care that they had no solutions. I gave them one star because I survived unscathed.
Do whatever you can to rent from somebody else. I came to Lufkin to help my mom after her father died. I made my reservation several days in advance so that I could fly out of Houston. They called me the morning I was supposed to pick up my vehicle and told me they were canceling my reservation because they didnt have any cars. No cars at any adjacent office until Tyler. I asked how they can allow me to make a reservation without any availability. I was told that making a reservation just indicates that you want a car and that it doesnt actually reserve anything.
Needed a car for just a couple couple days, quick prompt friendly service from their staff in Lufkin, Texas. They gave me ride to the rental and after dropping it off. That was great! Fair price! Recommend. Thanks Enterprise!

Unbelievable! I have a reservation and confirmation number two days in advance of picking up the vehicle. I paid in advance for collision coverage. I went to pick up the vehicle this morning and was told sorry we cant help you, we dont have this car. I was also told there was NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON! That will be too late, I have an important family event to attend and have no way to get there. The rental agent was rude and dismissive and seemed to infer that it was my fault saying I tried to call you yesterday afternoon and I left a message. I was in an area of Texas yesterday where I only briefly had a phone signal and I didnt receive his call. The agent is the worst excuse for a customer service worker I have EVER experienced. I will make sure that high-level management is aware of what occurred and that the appropriate actions are taken. The ONLY reason I am giving one star is because you cant put ZERO!
Very disappointed with your COVID precautions. I was made to stand outside in Texas heat waitng for my rental. Also car was poorly cleaned. I have only used Enterprise for years, now I am reconsidering ever using you again. Your COVID percautions are not even close to CDC standards. I have been a customer of Enterprise for several years and have always had excellent service. The most recent experience I had was phenomenal! I missed my reservation and lost the car BUT, they kindly provided another one. I needed to be picked up. After I called them to let them know that, I realized I had not gone to the bank. They were eager to accommodate and without hesitation, drove me to the bank before going back to the office to sign the paperwork. I really appreciate their kindness and great customer service!!
The car was decent but the service was trash. I returned the car and I’ve been sitting out in the heat waiting on one of the team members to give me my deposit. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this branch at all.

There was no communication. They charged my card without consent now I have to wait 5 days for my money to come back to my card😡 I gave them my contact info numerous times it never got updated and they never spoke to me. Then they call every for days and ask if I can come switch cars because they sold the one Im in .I drive 2 hours to take back to original enterprise and they say oh we dont have a vehicle to put you in keep that one 🤪 its just been a headache.

This is the second time I have had to use this place because of a car repair! The customer service could really use a revamping! I really wish people would understand that if you have a bad experience and the customer service is excellent it really makes a difference. And this place is notorious for bad customer service. Fist it doesn’t matter if every employee is in the building they are not opening the door until 8am! So after you have waited for the door to open you then will not have anyone help you until they are clocked in which can take another 10 minutes. When I asked about my reservation it wasn’t in their system. And that’s all they are going to say to you. Not let me see if I can fix it. Let me call your insurance and see what the hold up is nothing just nope don’t have it next! I really wish the customer service was friendlier it would make a world of difference.
Excellent service. Had to drive 90 miles to get a vehicle after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston and totaled one of our vehicles. We were able to return it locally and from the beginning everyone was great. Will definitely use again if need be.
I reserved a vehicle online because I had somewhere I needed to be this weekend and I knew enterprise could pick me up this morning. When I called for a pick-up, it took over half an hour to get through to someone in the local office and when I finally did, I was told that I would have to find my own way to the rental office because only one person was there and no one could come to pick me up. Why advertise the pick-up service if it cannot be provided? Since I could not find any other way to get to the rental office, I had to cancel my plans.
Im thankful for Enterprise. Rental before last had expired tags. Last rental saying no to their insurance just led to heavy handed sales pitch. Said yes just to shut her up.
Never had an issue. I have rented from them 2 times, and have a car reserved for a third rental.First rental was flawless, we had no complaints, the employees were nice and we were able to get the car and return it pain free.Second rental was more difficult, but primarily on my part. I did not have enough money on one card so I could not put the deposit on one card. After a bit of shuffling finances on my part, the employee helping me gave me a discount so I could get the deposit on one card. The best part is I was upgraded to a full size car for no extra cost!10/10 would recommend10/10 would return
I am active duty military stationed in Va. I traveled home to Texas for the holidays and had some car trouble. I took it in for repair and was sent to Enterprise for a rental which my warranty is paying for. Although my license is expired, with me being active duty my military ID card extends my expiration date. I was denied a rental for this. I pulled up the information from the DPD website and was still denied. I am very disappointed with them and definitely won’t be coming back here at all. I can say the lady was working with us and even came and picked us up from the car dealership but the guy that works here is very rude and non-chalant. Some customer service training needs to be conducted and places should be more military friendly.

Helpful, speedy to pick up. Polite. This location is Very, very difficult to find. Especially at night. Easy drop off after hours. Nice to have in a small town, but if you need a Yukon for a trip to the mountains you better order early.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give 0! Our insurance company set up a rental for us yesterday while our car is in the shop. The lady at our local enterprise office spoke to both my husband and myself and told us that the rental would be ready after 2pm today. She stated that we could pick up the rental between 2-5pm. We showed up at 4:30 to pick the car up only to find out that our reservation had been cancelled at 3:00 because we weren’t there to pick the car up within an hour of our reservation time. The guy at the office gave us every excuse in the book and basically told us that it was our problem and he couldn’t do anything about it. I will be calling our insurance in the morning to have our car rental transferred to another company.
Rented a car from the Lufkin Tx location which is about 15 mins from my hometown. Got back to Nacogdoches and looked at the out of state plates only to realize that the registration was expired and had been for over 2 months. Immediately called the Lufkin location which informed me that the plates were actually at the Nacogdoches location but when I got there had to wait 20 mins while they hunted for the plates. They were about to send me away with the “nothing we can do” line until I told them to call the Lufkin rep to inquire about why they said the plates were in Nacogdoches. The plan was to drive the car to Corpus Christi that weekend which is a 4-5 hour drive away. Had I not noticed the plates who knows what would have happened. PLEASE inspect EVERYTHING on the car before you drive off in it.

Horrible experience to say the least!I am still waiting for a call (over a week) from the branch manager in regards to my unfortunate rental experience. I was left stranded in the middle of Florida when the rental I had broke down and not even a hotel room was offered for me to stay the night until a near by rental branch opened up the next morning... Needless to say I will be walking in to the branch soon to request a refund for the rental in which I was charged in full yet did not have an operational vehicle and was left stranded... Road side service was inept and I sat on the side of a highway for hours to no avail.

My car went down and Ive always used enterprise in any state Ive lived because theyve always made it pretty hassle free. This time was no different. They came to get me from work in the pouring rain. Hunter literally had me in and out in no time. I called ahead so i had everything they ask for when using a debit card (id, current utility bill, and check stub). I thought there would be an issue because i returned the car to a Tyler location. It wasnt an issue but my only complaint is that i wish i wouldve received a confirmation they that they got the car back. I ended up going up to the Lufkin location to confirm it and Colton was very helpful. I will definitely be back if i need a car again.

We use Enterprise for our business account so this is multiple complaints from our office. Since Edward left, the vehicles are always gross, we have had multiple mistakes on our billing for over charging us for days that we didnt have the vehicle and their cars and office always stink. No one does a walk through with the vehicles. Its basically heres your keys the car is out front. That whole place needs a wake up and more structure to ensure everyone is doing their job. I pick these vehicles up before I travel out of town to prevent from putting so many miles on my personal vehicle. At this point im more tempted to just take my own to avoid the hassle at this place.
Due to unfortunate collision that was my fault, I had to rent a vehicle while mine was being repaired. As of this post, Im currently renting a car from Enterprise and am perfectly satisfied with the service I have received. Cody was very helpful and got me lined up with my rental and on the road in no time!

Try another location, horrible experience x2. If you need a credit applied to your account dont hold your breath. 2 months later no credit applied and no documentation provided, still waiting for area manager to contact me. Oh, and dont lose the key, nightmare, they dont have spares you have to have car towed.Honestly do not know if anyone there knows what is going on. Second experience, called me to pick up rental after a claim was made. Insurance called after we picked up the car and let me know they had notified enterprise the rental was canceled because claim was yet to processed, they gave son the car anyway. You guessed it, insurance wont pay for the car and I am stuck with the rental.Dont try to call, better to go in person to resolve anything than call, sort of.UPDATEAfter 4 calls to enterprise rep at Fleet Response she has emailed the local and area managers 2x. Colton and Kelly respectively with highest priority to contact me....no response. Called Colton the day I placed the first comment and he said there is nothing else he could do, submitted to accounting, asked him to contact me with an update, no call as Friday 3/29. Called Kelly on Friday 3/29 .... had no idea what I was talking about, said he would check his email and get back to me, huge surprise here, did not do it. Still no credit on my corporate card.Filed a charge dispute. Both managers do not need to be involved in a customer facing position as their personalities are abrasive at best.
Hunter is a manager in training and I have been a customer service Supervisor for years and he has no interest in working, no interest in providing any customer service. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Enterprise. If he continues to work at the Lufkin location Im sure they will lose more customers as myself... I will continue to be an Enterprise customer only due to the amazing people at the Nacogdoches location. Anyone who has bad experience with Hunter go to Nacogdoches they will do everything in their power to make sure you have an amazing experience!

Had such a hard time with the one in Nacogdoches!! Drove all the way to lufkin and they were so nice and friendly!! I was in and out in no time. I will start making the extra little drive from nac to lufkin to rent my cars from now on.
I rent a car fairly regularly, about once a month. Ed and the other employees, including drivers, are always super friendly and will go out of their way to ensure my happiness with my rental.
Miscommunication resulted in returning car at a much later return time than expected. Overall management is snooty and without understanding at all.

Normally Ive had good results but this time I did not. I rented a car the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to be brought back on Friday at 6. The young man at our local office ask me if I could come in early to pick the car up due to a lot of people renting at that time. He assured me that if I came in at 3: 30 p.m. that I still would not have to have the car back until 6 p.m. because they had asked me to pick it up earlier due to high volume of customers. So everything was good until I called them Friday morning and asked if I could keep the car a day or two longer which they said was no problem and told me how much of my deposit I would get back if I kept it an extra day or an extra two days. At this point I told the man what I had been told when I picked up the vehicle that I was not supposed to have it back until 6 even though I had actually picked the vehicle up at their request earlier and he told me that would not be a problem to just put the keys in the Dropbox because the office would be closed. I asked if there was a timer on the box so that they would know when I return the car and he assured me there was. However when I checked my bank account, not only was none of my deposit returned but an additional $4. 40 was charged. I contacted the main company and they said they would send a message and a manager at the local office would contact me. I have waited 4 1/2 days and no one has contacted me. So I go to the local office and the young man named Jamariack, was not easy to deal with and he basically would not honor what I had been told in the beginning about returning the vehicle after 3: 30 and told me that I was charged for five days and that the statement was closed and that he could not do anything to help me. I was very upset because I was expecting approximately $67 to be deposited back into my account and he basically told me that I had to just deal with it. He also could not tell me why I was charged an additional $4. 40 and printed out my receipt and said he does not show a $4. 40 charge so I pulled up my bank account on my phone and showed him where Enterprise in Lufkin Texas charged me an additional $4. 40 at this point he got very upset and told me that he couldnt do anything to help me and that I needed to leave because he could tell I was getting very agitated and that I would need to call the corporate office. So I left and when I got in my car I called corporate and spoke to a lady named Pamela in customer service and she assured me that an area manager would be contacting me within the next couple of days so at this point I am still waiting to hear from that person. I think Enterprise is a good company overall I think I just had a bad experience with this young man at the Lufkin office. I think he needs to be better trained in dealing with customers that have a problem with the charges incurred. I basically wanted him to hear me out and to help me figure out which course of action I needed to take in order to get my refund. The lady at corporate agreed that he should have honored the agreement that was made when I initially rented the car. I am very dissatisfied with the Lufkin Texas office. I am satisfied with the help I received from corporate to this point and I will make a another rating of Enterprise, once I have been contacted by an area manager who will hopefully resolve this issue of complaint!
