After calling around and everyone being booked up, these guys were quick to help! I have never used this company before, and was a little nervous putting my car in their care. I’ve been screwed over before, so I’m just cautious. They had my black scion in and out with new breaks, within hours. I was very surprised with how quick they were. I did end up having a little trouble at no fault to them. They were very kind and got me fixed up the next day! I definitely recommend this place and I will be returning if need be!

So About A Month Ago I Went There To Get My AC Refilled With Freon ($60.00) After It Was Filled Mike Let Me Know That I Had A Leak In The Condenser. To Fix It, I Was Looking At Another $392.50 On Top Of The $60.00 (Condenser $215, Labor $117.50, Freon $60.00) He Wrote It Down For Me To Bring Back. So About A Week Later I Decided To Just Go And Buy The Condenser ($135.00 OReilly) Myself, So I Called Mikes Ac To Let Him Know That I Was Dropping The Truck Off Today 06/30/2020.I Showed Up This Morning, Spoke To Mike And Let Him Know That I Was Ready And That I Went Ahead And Purchased The Condenser Myself. Hes Attitude Completely Changed, He Now Stated That He Doesnt Install Other Peoples Part (There Was A ABC Auto Truck There Delivering Other Peoples Parts), No Outside Parts(No Sign Saying That). He Also Said That (Me Going To Purchase The Condenser From OReilly Was Cutting Into His Mark Up), And That If He Puts The Part On (That He Would Have To Make The Labor Higher Now).

I dont trust any mechanics shop. This place was fast. I felt the price was good. They called and let me know everything before they did. (if was going to cost more) They had a chance to charge more for stuff i didnt need and DID NOT!!!!I Trust this place now. You should too.

He finds the problem almost immediately and you have your vehicle back the same day in most cases. That’s just unheard of in Ft. Worth. Mike worked on the Boggy Slough fleet of 4X4 trucks and suburbans for many years and always gave us prompt and thorough service. This last weekend my ac went out on a trip to move my daughter to Temple, TX. Since it was in the mid 90s, I really didnt want to have to make the trip all the way back to Lufkin with no AC so I had it checked out at the Firestone near my daughters home. They said the whole system needed replaced and it would be $2300. Needless to say, I did not get them to do it.We had used Mikes before and were happy, so I had my parents take it to him on Monday since I had to work. They accidentally dropped it off at a shop near by that does mufflers and apparently does some ac too. Thankfully we realized within 30 minutes that it was at the wrong place so they went back to get it. The guy there said he had already looked at the ac and that it had an electrical issue and it was going to be very expensive to fix.They took it to Mikes. He called me within an hour, told me the compressor was out. I had him replace it and picked it up a couple of hours later. It was $550 ...not $2300. I have now had 2 great experiences with this place. So glad to have a good place to work on ac. Living in East Texas, ac is a must!! Thanks Mikes AC and Auto!! My ac is icy cold!!

You people think ac work is cheap well you must be very out of toon. There is nothing wrong with his pricing nor work. I mean if you pay $1000 for ac work that’s pretty cheap considering what most shops charge and plus no one works for free FYI. You have been warned, dont use this place. I took my vehicle in to have the ac repaired, he charged me 938 dollars and in two days it stopped working. So I took it back he said it was a plate he charged me 123. dollars.After about a week it stopped working and was blowing hot air. I said Mike how much will it cost, he said i wont know till I look at it. I said I brought it in to get it fixed and have paid you over a thousand dollars and I still dont have working a.c. maybe I should have someone look at it, to see whats wrong and he hung up the phone on me. Terrible business.

Would not recommend at all. My stepson took his truck there to get new compressor and dryer installed because it was leaking freon out at the compressor, but it was a working a/c system. We bought the parts ourselves because I get a discount with my company ( from the same parts store they deal with) after the parts were installed they said it was ready to be picked up but compressor would not come on, they said if he would have bought the parts from them he would see why it wouldnt work but since he didnt they would not see why compressor will not come on. So my son paid $300 to have new a/c parts put on his truck that had a working but leaking a/c system and now has a non-working a/c system that they wont even try to look at and see why it wont work unless he pays them $75 more dollars!!
