Terible management constantly harrasing about bills parking and breaking smokers policy when 1. I dont smoke 2. Im never late on bills and 3. I always park in my assainged spot and the people thay live around me are always yelling fist fighting in the parking lot or faling down the stairs drunk but yet im the on being harrassed dont rent here its a terrible place to live.

The pros of this place is most of the residents are nice, the owner Mary is very nice and helpful as well as understanding, the maintenance person is very helpful as well and very polite, however the office person is very rude and will constantly harass you if you are late on rent or behind

This apartment was a fantastic starter apartment and the current apartment manager Lou-Jin Green is the best apartment manager I have ever and will ever have the pleasure of knowing. If you need a place to start out or a place to stay for years, start here.
