TMI goes above and beyond any other shop in Lubbock. Not only were they able to secure financing for our trailer (first year O/O), the quality of the trailer for the price could not be beat. We have also had dealings with the shop side of TMI, and the repairs/customization completed are done right the first time without breaking the bank. Make sure to take lots of pictures and document every single flaw to avoid losing your security deposit. I used a worn out spare tire to replace a blowout on a worn out trailer tire and they charged me full price for a new tire.
