Always double check on the price differences between credit and cash before you rent any trailer from uhaul!!!! The 800 number wont give you accurate details, so check out the details with your pick-up location!!However, this was my drop-off destination and they were very helpful as I had just driven over 1200 miles and I was exhausted!! They were very accommodating for the handicapped and made sure I had a storage unit on the ground level. They offered me cold water and a visit to the staff restroom!!!The little map they gave me for finding my unit was very confusing, but the staff was very helpful and I finally found my storage unit!! So I plan on making this my own storage place even after my free month of storage is over. 👍👍👍

We were not able to rent what we needed at this location. The staff didnt spell my husbands name right. He did send us to another location where we were able to rent what we needed.

They need more counter helpThere 3 times in one day, had to wait at least 30 minutes each time. There on line check wasnt working

Terrible, I couldnt give a low enough rating. Twice now I have reserved a truck then they rented it to someone else right in front of me. Stay away from their terrible customer service at all costs

Employees dont know what they have in stock and rent you equipment they dont even have in stock. Then expect you to go to another location to pick it up and when you do they dont even have it there either.

Bad customer service! They overbook and just cancle on you. You cant depend on their Services. Went in to speak to them about a cancellation message I got. The Lady rolled her eyes and said there was nothing she could do.I reserved a moving truck a week in advance to prevent something like this from Happening. 15 years of using uhaul and will never use them Again

My friend has been a repeat customer of this uhaul location, she knows most of the employees who work there. She has a unit there and both of our names are on the contract. She went today to put stuff in and it was locked she went to the office to find out what was going on, she showed her Id, she was told by the Female rep that her name was not on the contract she was going to call the police if she didnt leave the property. All she had to do was slow down look at the information in the system they have her name spelled wrong, she called me to come up to the uhaul on 34th st, we get one of the Male representatives he finds her and my contract no problem, but the Female rep rolls her eyes as he says the name on the contract,we tell him its spelled incorrect he corrects the info and helps her to get in her unit. Why did this all take place? This Female rep is making things harder then they have to be she has been unprofessional before in other instances. How long will Uhaul keep unprofessional representatives to receive these type of reviews? Retrain her or move her outside to another position. They wont receive anymore of my business.
