Great job site! This is a community support center for persons in need. Excellent, staff is willing to help those that qualify for state-supported assistance.

Really helpful staff. Not crowded. Got what I needed in short order.

You dont get to much help here. They tell you to get on the computer instead of helping you. And with one customer they take hours just so they dont have to help out as many as they can.

Every time I try to call I’m left on hold for over 2 hours and never get anyone to pick up. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was trying to contact a worker for some assistance but instead I was on the phone for an hour and half . My call still didn’t get answer. I suggest not calling, they need a better way to answer the phones.

They are still not fully opened due to covid. They have the entrance blocked off. Its time for TDH to quit being lazy and get back too work. 😴

I wish things would go back to normal with covid-19 all we can do is drop papers off for all the employees are very nice even the security guard

I havent goten food stampSince APRIL.I FILED TWO APPICATIONSMAILED ONE . TOOK THE SECOND TO THE OFFICE.NOTHING AND ITS MAY 17TH.

This place is pathetic ...sent renewal papers in a month ago and they want to argue with me saying i didnt send them and did the same thing to my mom which lives alone is on disability..was on hold over 3 hrs and no one ever answered to solve this problem..there very rude and have no real interest in helping people..if ur in your in need of help u wnt be able to depend on these people ...SMH..IN FACT EXPECT TO GO THREW SO MANY LOOPS AND BARRIERS ..ITS REALLY LIKE THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE BECAUSE ITS A BOTHER TO THEM TO TRY AND HELP U ....

The help desk . She was adorable and the security officer was so kind and friendly. The people that work behind the glass were also friendly and kind.

If I could give 0 stars I would they have messed up my case 4 times and with this virus going on they wouldnt even help me get it fixed to where I could still get benefits instead they told me to call 211 which I have been the wait time is over 6 hrs I waited 2 hrs and then got hung up on. So they are not helpful at all.

On 9/24/2020 I BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 5 HR AND I AM STILL ON HOLD.GOT ON AT 11 30 AND NOW IT IS 4 20 WOW I been on speaker phone. 👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹 .It is now 6 24 AND NO answer time to hang up

Service was reasonable. Counselors seem qualified and friendly.

Nice people doing a difficult job and they are very concerned and helpful.

Theyve really updated the amount of help you recieve on site!!!! Be sure to that on the month you renew you do so before the 21st of that month REGARDLESS of what online tells you otherwise you will have to reapply as a brand new case rather than continuing to get your help uninterrupted.

Very helpful probably to many people with retirement disability or probably people need helping with food programs snap medical assistance

Bad area. All doors were code entry only. No way to get anyones attention to be able to go inside. I left without seeing or talking to anyone.
