We rented white table cloths and 24 white chairs for a party we had at our house. Every interaction with Spoil Me Rotten-from the initial order to the final drop off- was a positive one. Our items were exactly what we asked for and reasonably priced. Great customer service! Would highly recommend!

They were courteous, friendly and on time. The tent reordered was much heavier duty than expected which was nice for the wind. The one small complaint would be that some of the chairs were dirty and had to be cleaned for use. Next time I will order chair covers also. This is a great local business and I will definitely rent from them again.

Cumberlamd Presbyterian Church has the distinction of being known as the Pumpkin Patch Church. During the Party in the Patch at the end of Pumpkin Patch, Spoil Me Rotten has always helped with that event. We decided this year to do a Summer Party in the Patch as a fund raiser. We turned the front yard of the church into a Water Park! All in attendance had a fantastic time. All the merchandise from Spoil Me Rotten was a huge success. Product is amazing. Time frame in which they say that they will bring the product out is terrible! Had to call 3 different times and they kept pushing the time frame out by an hour every time! Unacceptable!! This was for a wedding rehearsal and it caused us to start late.

We had the best experience with Spoil Me Rotten! We rented the Castle Peak Slide and U-Turn! It does say it measures 40 feet long but is not in a straight line. The delivery guys went out of their way to fit it in the front yard and the kids had an absolute blast! We will definitely be ordering from them again!

We used Spoiled Me Rotten for our wedding at a park. We rented chairs as well as an arbor and drape for the arbor. My experience with the company was overall positive except for night pick up fees.The ladies I spoke to were helpful and open to discussing other products, but when it came to figuring out pickup times they weren’t forthcoming with information that would save my husband and I some money. It wasn’t until I texted my husband with the quote estimate and he told me to ask about the $200 difference between pickup times from 7-8:59 and 9-11 pm did I learn that I almost gave them $200 for a 10 minute time difference in pickup.Needless to say, we adjusted our pickup time and had a wonderful experience with the rental products we purchased. My husband told me that Justin on site was SUPER helpful. They dropped off their products in a timely manner and picked them up in the same way. The only reason why it is not a 5 star review is the lack of courtesy we received with our funds.Be sure that you check times for pick up and ask the specific questions. That’s the only advice I would give to an otherwise super helpful company.
