The guard shack are friendly people. Bathroom for drivers on back side of guard shack. Overnight parking in front. BEWARE! CAPSTONE IS HERE AS THE LUMPER AND IS NOT ANY DIFFERENT. QUICK TO UNLOAD, QUICK TO TAKE MONEY, ABSOLUTELY SLOW AT GETTING YOUR PAPERWORK TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY SIT AND WAIT. Ive seen some drivers come and go relatively quickly. But I also have seen some like me..sitting and sitting and sitting and sitting..
Just another supermarket dc. The people at the guard shack were helpful and seemed pretty laid back. Sometimes they take along time unloading, but thats all apart of it. Get you a good nap😅
Staging area available. Park in the staging area upon arrival and walk up to guard house to check in. Make sure that lumper has correct phone so he doesnt cop attitude with you. You can finish your break in the staging area once unloaded. 2 nearby truck stop with 5 miles.
While waiting to unload I read Marcel Prousts Remembrance of Things Past 27 times and then filed for social security and I was 35 years old when I arrived. Now Im just a dusty old skeleton sitting in the cab of a Freightliner. As the dust piles up around my tomb and machines take over the world who know what will become of my future....
This is the worst place I have ever delt with as a owner operator. Had a appointment to unload and they tell me I will have to wait 48 hrs someone messed up the paper work. Then all the want to pay is 500 for sitting here. This place dont like truckers its a shot show everytime I come here. I will not be back
I’m not going to sit here and lie. I’m going to keep it REAL. Llano’s is not a bad place to work. Yea you work 6 days a week, But they make sure your straight. Order selecting isn’t too bad after you figure out how to stack properly. Roberto and Alfredo are some cool and caring guys who will help you if you need it ...
Show up 2 hours prior to appointment. Park in dirt lot outside of secuirty gate and walk your bills to the security office to check in. Then wait for phone call to proceed to door #. Very strict on their admittance time (if they say they wont let anyone in until 4pm, dont expect a call until 4:01pm) They typically call 10 trucks in at a time, so be patient and let those ahead of you get backed in first. Can be slightly challenging depending on what part of the warehouse you get assigned to. Once backed in, write your door # & phone # on BOLS. Lumper will come out once everyone is parked to collect BOLs. Unloading is relatively quick (Typically 1 hour). Lumper fee is paid electronically (capstone relay text payment). Once the unloading is done and lumper fee is paid, lumper will come out to you and give you the signed bills. On your way out security will ask to look inside your trailer, keep a door open.
Annoying place to deliver. 5+ hours at door every time. Makes no sense
Truck drivers Dry vans if you have appointment at the window from 8AM to 2pm the brokers lie to you. They start here 15:00 I am sitting here my appointment was 8AM in the morning now its almost 2pm
This Is The Best Company 4driversAlis Is my Hero She Helped me to Get Unloaded a head of my appointment time so greatefull,Respect,Full Instruction and MindFull,Comprehended. Thank You.
Terrible, terrible place to start work in the warehouse. They start u off at a misley $13 an hr for order selector, they should start off at least $15 for that slave work. Glad i dont work here any more💯. Found me an amazing job that starts off at $17, can go up to $30 an hr and its cake. Capstone Logistics Travel Team. I go everwhere n the USA, they pay for me while i fly. Payed hotel, payed rent a car, $25 a day for food or whatever. 60hrs and up a week. Love it💯
Well i c all mixed reviews1. They Are 24 Hrs2. OverNite Parking is Available3. Soft Spoken Gaurd4. Depends on Load But they take Lumper Fee5. Lumper By Checks or Card NO CashSo my Appointment was on 9th April 2020 At 8:30 PMGot here on 8th April 2020 at 6PM Guard Took my No. checked me in and told me to wait in truck and he will call if they can help.15 mins Later gave me dock and in 2hrs i was emptySo overall my Experience was good
Tucker’s, if you’re delivering for the grocery side (dry load) and you’re appt is 1500 or after do not, I repeat do not arrive here early. Regardless of what the broker says. The grocery side doesn’t get here until 1500. You’ll be sitting here waiting like me.
Decent service unloading.
Have came here plenty of times. Every time I get a door within 30 min and get unloaded within 1 1/2 hours. Pretty quick considering how busy they always are.
Ill tell you what man, if I could they wouldnt even get 1 star been here for 5 hrs and still not done appointment 3pm wow drivers stay away from here
Awesome people and great place to work
Ample parking.overnite permitted . Truck stops nearby. Usually abt 2 hr unload
Hit and miss how fast you get unloaded but can sleep on site
A good place, there is overnight parking, unloading is very fast, the staff is friendly, it is convenient to park at the docks. We need more places like this! 👌🏽
Very good experience with this guys! I asked them to unload me before my app time and they did it in 1 hr. Thank you guys!Easy chek in. Park at yard, bring paperwork to guard shack and wait for call, after call brake seal backup to the door and wait for lumper he will take your paperwork.
Hopelessly killing your time, so you cant go pick up your next load.
Easy going place has outside parking
They let me go after I got an spranged arm, no question asked, blamed they let me go due to my percentage training. When I talked to my Trainer he said for my second day I was at 58% which was great improvement from one day to the next. People are good and friendly, but for them to just let someone go and not give a chance that needed a job, really messed up.I could call an injury lawyer, but thats not my Style! Just needed a good job! ! !
Llano Logistics is the same as United Supermarkets. They do have overnight parking along with a relatively clean restroom available. The lot is fairly open and there is plenty of room to move around and back up. The girl in the window at Door 108 has a personally similar to a paper sack. The workers are slow. Three hours for seven pallets.
Guard shack was great, warehouse crew is.... Well Ive been here for 6 hours, unloaded for 1, still have no paperwork, still waiting. I dont seem to be alone.
First of all if you are delivering frozen load don’t bother going in before appointment time. Second, they have staging area/ONP. now, dock workers are extremely slow they took 6 hours to unload me and charged me ton of money for even that kind of service. The guy who was unloading me he was taking smoke break after unloading every pallet or two but no supervisor was there to question his performance.
Chk in 11am its 11:30 pm and waiting to get unloaded 8 pallets. More than 12 hr!!
Nice parking and friendly service
STAY AWAY, VERY VERY SLOW, receiving over 5 hours
My appointment was 4pm. I arrived one day before my appointment at 4:30pm. 7.00pm unloaded and ready to go. Big overnight parking.
I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and was in a door in no time. I had an easy load of watermelons. But I can tell if you come here with multiple products that need breakdown you better bring a lunch and maybe dinner. It’s not really capstones fault. It’s the lackluster job the Llano receiver does in getting the product counted.
Reading all the bad reviews and was skeptical about delivering here. I arrived on Thursday morning at 5:30am for a 9am appointment. As soon as you pull in theres a dirt lot and parking on cement. Park and walk to guard shack with paperwork. Guard told me to take a nap and they will call me for a door when available. 15 minutes later they called with a door. Cut seal and open doors and check in at door 108 is what I was told. 630 red light was on and 745 green light was back on. They brought me my paperwork. Out by 8am. Lumper fee was 174.00 for full trailer. You can also stay on lot after your done is what guard said. Truck stops near by about 7 miles away. Good luck
Whoever said don’t go early with frozen was right, got here day before my appt they waited till the exact time of my appt time 23hrs later. (Can’t really be mad I was waay too early) but now 3 hrs at the door. Kind of sucks but I always give myself 4 hrs. Easy backin, over night parking is plenty.
Long waiting, high lumper fee, going on two hours unloaded and still waiting for my paper work, don’t understand how they charge you a high fee and still keep you this long, if you come here and you have a same day pick up somewhere else be ready to cancel that load because you just never know how long they going to keep you
Not so much anyone except one certain driver. This unsafe untrained so called truck driver was following me on hwy 84 in NM coming toward Lubbock. This person tailgated me at about 5 feet from my back bumper. Constantly was getting closer as he was trying to pass. I tried to speed up after about 7 miles to get home off me but he just sped up and stayed close. Finally at a last resort I hit the brakes to get him off me. He got a chance to pass and flipped me off as he went by. I dont see why him driving extremely unsafe and dangerous was my fault. I called the company twice talked to a very nice lady and she transferred me to someone else at which i got voice mail, TWICE. No return call. If this person worked for me he would have been fired. PERIOD.
When your apointment comes they get you in and out quickly
Got there a day early they unload me in 3 hoursThank you all
Guard shack lady was nice and checked me in very quickly. I got a door in a reasonable amount of time and the warehouse people and lumpers were helpful. I was a little bit early for my appointment and they got me in. Didnt take very long to get unloaded either. I really dont have any complaints.
Appointment was till 3pm next day i got there 8pm day before and they were nice enough to receive their freight. took them a while to unload but better than waiting till next day at 3pm ;•)
Very slow. Was able to dock quickly but lumpers are Capstone and they started unloading me at 6pm and its now 11pm and still being unloaded. Other than that if you have sleep or a TV then bring or find something to occupy your time. Theyll let you idle the whole time which is cool
Here for 6 hrs and wasnt allowed to use the restroom due to covid I think that should be illegal
Great service
Never call back
0 Star
I work here. A great place to work. Hours differ the pay is pretty good if you ask me.
Showed up an HR early took me in 15 past my appointment time got on the dock took about 45 to start unloading which took 45min then another 45min or so to count and label lumper was prepaid have bout 10 spots for trucks on concrete other spots are dirt lot employees were nice
No good
Park in lot and walk paperwork to guard shack. Plenty of overnight parking and a grass field to walk dogs if you have them. We arrive and checked in 5 hours early and got a door an hour and a half before appointment time. Very friendly people.
Work here
I arrived on time they were 1 hour late to get me to a door. And over one hour to unload 20 skids charged 354 bucks I am still waiting. This makes me lat to divery and maybe to my pick up 45 min away. I still have a red light
Check in at 9am and is 4:33pm still waiting to be unloaded. Never ever come to this horrible place.Fernandez at the guard is very rude.
Very nice and informative people, the guard girls, lumpers and office personal. First time at this location, I am very grateful that they provide overnight parking.
I was in and out in 30 minutes they have a staging area good people
Really great people there. Tell J are high
Decent pay but the supervisors dont care about the employees. They are two faced. If you work here there wont be work life balance. You will be working a lot and spend most of your time at work not at home. 6 days a week you will be at work and you wont have time for family . Cash is the boss and hes an Asshat!
A great place to work. We are going to miss VP Scott Mullins
Very bad place 7hr waiting for paperwork
This place is a dang joke they should be shut down it like a four hour wait every time and the people that work here are rude and not helpful.
Great place to work
Allows to much childest situations to happen. Supervisors need more experience stopping horse play and shutting up trouble makers, allows employees to be bullied by others and has to many relatives working together. Oursiders dont have a chance at this place for a good job situation no matter how hard a worker they are because supervisors have to many relatives working there.
They are always late to get us in at the appointment time but when we are late they sure are fast to charge us late fees. I usually sit here for 4 hours to get unloaded. Pathetic place to be in. Got places to go people to meet
Very expensive lumper fees. Lumpers are required to count every box on your trailer. They are very slow and have no sense of urgency to get the job done.
Very bat place
Hot load of Bananas had to be here by 4:45 am. It is 6:15 and have not started unloading me yet. Never again.
Truck traffic is sometimes hectic, but good in and out time after getting unloaded.
Typical grocery warehouse, show up early they have parking for 60 trucks on dirt and 10 on pavement. So if raining your choice. You can check in and leave they call cell phone when they want you to enter facilities. The unloading process will take between 3-8 hours and even if youve got straight pull off dont plan on quick exit.they are very slow. And they say theyll come get you when empty thats gonna happen maybe 10% of the time once you think youre empty check every 30 minutes theyll just put Bills on shelf if youve already paid lumper fee. Oh they do not take cash. Credit card or check only. Or comdata, etc
I only had 3 pallets, they took me 7 hours early...
Love there generosity for the community
This place charges a lumper fee which can be from around $80 and up. They do have truck parking. The parking is supposed to be for drivers waiting for a door to get in only and no overnight parking BUT they dont enforce it. If you deliver a load and end up running out of hours you can park but if there is a truck stop less than a mile away. If you come here average wait times can be up to 6 hours.
Need bathroom for drivers
And try to not lose your appt, double check the time you have to get here, this place is big worst than Walmart, already spended 18 hours here and nothing yet, only have 4 pallets in my truck. ..
Been delivering there a lot of years no problems
I dont know what the fuss is about... First time here. Appointment 17:00. Check in @ 14:00. In door @ 15:30. Empty @ 16:15.
Had to sit in my truck for over 2 hours to get loaded very unacceptable. Wouldnt let me get out to get out of the vending machine Island
Ive had a green light at my dock for over an hour. I went in to talk to them. The refuse to open the window to talk to me. I stared at the guy for 20 minutes he just ignored me. This is bad even by teamster standards.
Over night parking,, park first walk to guard gate to check in .. slow process,, lumper fees ..
I’ve been waiting on my paperwork for two hours
Dont be late or you have to pay a late fee, if you have to to come back next day there is a truck stop less than 2 miles away with plenty of parking, other then that staff is great good attitude friendly
In and out in an hour and half....even a day early. RIGHT ON
Really? 300 dollar lumper fee, the load only paid 600 to get here
United Warehouse
Average cold storage. Will get a two hour break here. Staging area out front. Open at 3 pm. Capstone lumpers.
Very good people to deal with.
Place of employment great pay
They take you only on appointment. There is a truck stop around 1 mile from this place.
Huge parking area in front.. Took 4 hours for them to unload 5 pallets.. Restroom by truck parking too
My dad works there
I work here, very organized
Do not get here early they were not forth coming with answers had wait and delayed 4 hours
Lumpers start at 1500. I was gone by 1700.
Nice work place
Great place to work.
If you want to get loaded or unloaded early,.. not when your appointment time, .they ask you for a 100 bucks fee for that!!!!
Everyone quites, there is no team work, percentage 100% is required all day it takes knowing the find away to fire u they are two face company show u a smile and treat u like crap the equipment is poor hardly ever wants to work i wouldnt recommend about working here
Appt at 3pm was out by 4pm.. 👌👌👌Today 5/1/17
Awsome people
The worst company ever, no respect for the driver.
One if there drivers I encountered almost hit me and my 2 kids !!!!!!!
