People need to grow up and stop whining about this facility. It doesnt have to look like the lobby of a dentists office to get the job done. Its a USPS station where you pick up your held mail. Thats it, no frills, exactly what it should be. For 20+ years weve had our mail held whenever weve gone on vacation for more than a few days. This place has come through every time. Sometimes weve requested that the carrier deliver on our return and sometimes weve requested they hold for pickup, the latter when weve been gone long enough to expect a huge amount of mail that we dont want the carrier to have to deliver. Letters, packages, even the junk mail all there. And super easy to request the hold on USPS,com. A+ in my book.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My wife and I had our mail on hold while out of town. When we went to get it we only received that one days mail from the day we returned. We have informed delivery, that is 1 insurance claim check, 1 stimulus check, 4 packages, my newborn daughters social security card, 1 credit card and 1 debit card just to name some important stuff they seem to have lost. Noone answers the phone EVER. NOT ONCE IN OVER 100 CALLS. If you visit within the terribly inconvenient hours, chances are the doors are locked anyways so you have to go around back to the double doors and ring the bell (white button) by the doors to get an attitude, terrible service, and an incompetent employee with one hand on the phone and the other up their a$$ to glance behind them, say theres nothing there for you, spell your name wrong, and tell you to call at 8am. Someone has to do something about these guys, it is absolute insanity.

I am currently trying to retrieve mail that had been on a hold. The hold time has passed but my mail has not been received. When I called this post office they could not find my mail and told me to call on a Saturday morning at 8 o’clock while the carriers were still there and they could check. Yet I called from 7:55 until 8:05 and no one ever picked up. This is the third time I have stopped mail and had difficulty retrieving my mail. This is a small and dumpy looking post Office not even close to where we live yet this is where our mail comes from. When I go to retrieve my mail, the postal agents always seem very confused about where it is. One time I called and was told my mail was there and yet when I went to pick it up no one could find it. I’m not Sure why this seems to be such a difficult procedure.

Aaron was an amazing help. my mail was on a vacation hold until I could find an address to live at so I could change it. he was very understanding and he helped me after hours. I appreciate you, Aaron. your kindness has helped me in a huge way. I owe you one!

They sent me a package and told me it was ready to pick it up when I went to the post office to pick up my package they said they had returned it. because he hadnt withdrawn it soon. when only 1 and a half days had passed. Im very disgusted. because of them I lost money, they also every time leave my mail lying on the floor. I hope they close this office very bad bad bad service !!!

Never seem to be able to get mail delivered to the right apartment box, and Ive never heard of a post office that closes at 1pm. Also cant seem to deliver packages without being over a week late.

Delivers mail ok but too stupid to read directions on where to leave packages so I have to go to usps myself to pick up. Do your job

Lived at two different address but couldnt get away from this post office!! They never deliver at the right addresses and never fix it. Hell, yesterday I received my mail from 2 other neighbors. Ive had credit cards misplaced, and packages. I dont even know how this one is still open....get new and improved people!!!!

Available hours are incredibly inconvenient. Instead of leaving a package at my doorstep like most modern delivery services, they opt to hold it hostage and only provide a brief window to pick it up. Anyone with an 8-5 job would find this difficult. How come the USPS locations havent just merged into one large service center by now?

I am not receiving the mail that I am suppose to be receiving. I have been having issues for about 6 months now. I have called the post office multiple times to find out why I am not receiving the mail and they tell me that the mail is being delivered the day they receive it and it is not their fault that Im not receiving my mail. I was send a Drivers License from the state of Texas on September 31st, I did not receive the license until the end of December? Not sure why I am having issues, but its very frustrating when no one knows whats going on.

I spent an hour and a half trying to track down a package before leaving town and while the pickup window was closed, Jessica helped me out SO much and I’m forever thankful for that. Great service

USPS is an outdated institution.They are inefficient and a waste of tax payer dollars.All of the private companies do a far better job in every regards.

I made a call to ask where my pkg would go, etc. Unfortunately, I called the wrong PO. The gentleman asked for the zipcode, that the pkg was going to and gave me all the info I needed, including their ph# and hrs, to the PO I needed to speak with. By the end of the call, I was impressed w/how polite and helpful he was. Now a days, u dont see that too often! (In speaking w/him, I did learn that their hrs start at 9am and end at 1pm.

Package was unable to be sent to my daughter .i forgot to put apt number.package was sent back to me.call was answered in timely manner..gentleman was polite and helpful. Thank you

This is my local post office. Every package, they mark it No secure location, despite my many efforts letting them know that I will never be home to accept a package. Every package, I have to get in touch with them. They close early. They are impossible to get a hold of, and upon attempting redelivery through their automated system, I get another No secure location notice. They do not even attempt to tag my door, they tag my mailbox. They literally go to my apartments mail center and leave me a notice saying No secure location every package.I know that customer service for USPS is generally awful, but this particular post office is hands down the worst entity I have ever experienced across the board.

Self service kiosk was down at three separate locations at the same time. Somebody somewhere in Lubbock is getting paid to do absolutely nothing.

The wrong key was left in my mailbox for the locker my package was placed in. I called the post office and they came right out and got the package out for me. Excellent customer service!!

They said my mail was sent back to the sender but never arrived I suspect it was stolen

12/7/18 employee sitting on her phone while the company phone ringing multiple times. This angers me because I was calling multiple times. I had to leave my work to get a answer that could’ve been answered through the phone.Her response was “that’s not my job”

They have lost all of my mail plus my christmas and now a very expensive package i dont have anyh thing good to say about usps

Only open from 1030 to 1pm. Then they gave me attitude about getting my mail since i dont have the money right now to pay for a mailbox key when i just paid a bunch of money to move.

Havent seen my carrier in 3 days and the flag is up on my mailbox. Dont bother trying to call, they dont answer.

2.5 hours open a day at the worst time possible. Cant pick up my mail as i am working during those hours.

Hours listed say from 9 to 1. When actually its 10 to 1-ish. The people here are rude and the space to get your mail is tiny and dirty. I wish I knew how to change my delivery location for my mail.
