Went in a couple of weeks ago to get an upgrade from an S9 to an S21. I was told over the phone that I was eligible for a deal that would get $600 off the new phone. Didnt believe it at first, but they kept their promise of the deal! They were extremely helpful in transitioning all the data from the old phone to the new one, were very clear of the terms and conditions, answered all questions I had, had all the accessories I wanted, and made the transitioning process easy and effective. He was friendly, didnt make me feel dumb and took all the time I needed to explain the new phone to me and searched to find us the best plan. We needed to add my sister to the family plan, get her a new phone, and upgrade my phone all in one go if it was possible. Thankfully, with the help of Mr. Bobby at Verizon on 34th he got it done in one visit and really helped us save of lot of money in the long run. Expect some upfront cost but also expect some good discounts from all over the place. Also be prepared to spend a little time there, but know that it’ll be worth it because their due diligence is very helpful.

Sign& agreed to a pre pay plan for 45 dollars a month,a few days later my plan was changed and I owed $258 dollars and after that every month my bill would be $150.00 every month....for one line.Now I owe $429.00 for the month.. Stay away!!

Corey did awesome getting me and my wife set up with our phones. We went for the note 9 but he also brought out a few other options for us to look at because of the price. We ended up getting 2 LG v40s and it came out to be a lot cheaper. (with a lot of bonuses too) We love these phones. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I thought we had found a helpful sales person who cared and was on our side. Boy were we wrong. We have paid almost $300 in the past 2 weeks and we still have no devices. We were sold phones that were not compatible with our needs and when we tried to return them we were given excuse after excuse of why we couldnt. Eventually Peggy finally listened to us instead of just hearing us and took the phones back. (We were still within our 14 day grace period) She took the phones back finally but when she did she charged us $150 because both phones supposedly had scratches. I know for a fact that my phone did not have scratches. My phone was kept >n an Otterbox the entire time I had it. I would never recommend anyone to do business there.

I came into this store frustrated and with a broken phone. I had an amazing experience! Navil helped us and she was amazing!! She had an immense amount of patience and broke down all of our options to help us pick the best one. She erased all of my frustrations and I left happy with a brand new phone. I highly recommend Navil as your rep if you are walking into this store. 10/10 service!

These guys went above and beyond to service my daughter who is away at college and broke her phone. Ive been with Verizon for 16 years now so I know a thing or 10 about what dealing with these stores can be like, Im from out of town (working in Texas) Im from 60 miles north of kcmo. My Galaxy note 3 was reaching the end of its capabilities and slowing down.I went into this store to get it replaced, a man name Patrick manages this store and all I can say is, this store and everyone that works in that store is very friendly and helpful. Bobby had the misfortune of helping me and was very patient and knowledgeable, he even told me what phone would work best for me but I didnt listen, I should have because I went back to him and traded in the new phone I got for the one that he originally suggested to me. I can not thank you guys enough for helping me, I wish the stores in and around kcmo was as nice and helpful as this onegone and these guys/girl are!!!I Thank all of you very much.

We came in wanting to switch from sprint and see what our options were. We were not sure if we wanted to switch from sprint but after sitting down and explaining the options for us, we decided it was best for us. We had a great experience with them. They were very patient with us and our kids. We sat here longer than usual, it turns out someone hacked into our account at Sprint. So after everything was said and done we left sprint and came with Verizon.

We switch from Sprint and had an awesome experience. Roman and the rest of the staff were very helpful. We had a very short wait time and the whole process took about an hour. We had some billing issues come up about a week later and the store manager and Roman quickly addressed it and fixed it. Top notch service indeed.

Today, 1/13/18 i walked into the store to ask a quick question around 1pm, once I entered the store not one person greeted us and there were 3 men at the counter on their phones like zombies, after FINALLY getting help (they didnt look to thrilled)they were unable to assist with my question, the other two meat heads were to busy on their phones so I didnt even bother trying to ask them, moral.of the story these 3 guys were as useless as a rock. They seriously need some retraining on there customer service skills, it may be the steroids.
