I would never ever get service with Hughes Net. During this pandemic of online schooling I thought it was going to be good service, worse decision ever. Service is really slow and when I called in a few times about it the problem was never fixed, yet they wanted me to pay 175.00 for service I never got, I had to use my hotspot to watch movies cause the internet was really really slow.
First time I called I got the rudest representative named by Zach employee #D49285 (if that’s really his emp. #) Worst customers service ever!!! I hope the call was recorded & hopefully he got fired. Because I was desperate to receive internet for my children, I decided to call again & get service. Now the only problem is the internet sucks. Slowest internet speed! Slower than the dial up internet. I’m looking for better service else where....if anyone has any ideas.
