Our daughter plays Tennis here and she loves it.
Just moved here from Florida! We very pleased with The Falls ! Amazing people and clean Facility! Front desk service is amazing!
We love the tennis facilities and staff/coaching is top notch.
Great place for tennis, has really nice courts, and nice people would recommend getting a membership if you like the sport.
The Falls is the best place to get a great workout but also play tennis. Hands down the best community in Lubbock.
Newly remodeled facility with excellent staff and even better members! Feels like Im home!
Clueless management, questionable sanitation and predatory practices. My family was initially impressed with the falls before Trufit took over. Then the trouble started. We were excited to try the pool for the season, but was quickly disappointed by the apathetic high school students that staffed the grill / bar and drunken patrons displaying PDA. Further disappointment when we all had rashes after swimming in the pool, not sure what we came into contact with there, but this has never happened before.Multiple times I called attempting to cancel my membership only to be told that my membership wouldnt expire for a couple of months and would not autorenew. Come to find out that my contract was already expired and autorenewed for months. I could have cancelled at anytime. Their clueless staff cost us several hundred dollars by being deceitful with each cancellation attempt. My fault for taking them at their word.In short, stay away unless youre desperate for tennis lessons. There are many much better gyms in town.
I love The Falls! It’s such a warm and inviting atmosphere, it feels like home! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I love the staff and the facility. From the equipment to Child care, hot tub, sauna, and classes, Pickleball, Tennis for adults and children, and summer at the pool what’s not to love?!
The best place to workout and swim in Lubbock! It’s always so clean and taken care of. They have great classes and equipment. Marti Watts made the joining process so easy and makes you feel like you’re family.
What can I say about The Falls?... It is phenomenal, exceptional and superb! It’s my second home. It’s the perfect combination of serious fitness and warm fellowship. It is the jewel of Lubbock fitness facilities.
This is the most friendly and family oriented place willing to help and answer questions. Marti Watts is very knowledgeable and helpful with questions.Would recommend this place to everyone I know for a gym.
Great facility, had so much fun. I would recommend anyone who’s trying to get fit and have a great time.
Great facility. Very clean.Particularly enjoy the tennis programs!
Great family environment! spent so much time by this awesome pool, and love the clean and nice workout equipment!!!
Pros: Nice facility, plenty of shaded area around the pool, clean and one of the nicer pools in Lubbock. Nice locker rooms.Cons: Non central location, I find them to honestly be pricey and a little uppity. Its a gym. Its not a country club, yet they have started calling it a country club. When we first joined 4 years ago, they were calling it a tennis and athletic club, you could enter directly into the pool, and they had overpriced, but affordableconcessions. Over the years, the pool service costs more and offers less. Plus if youre a mom, you have to enter the building and take a gaggle of kids through the locker rooms. It seems like were getting less for more money every year. Id rather join an actual country club. This will likely be our last summer.
Friendly staff, comfortable environment all around great atmosphere for working out or swimming with the family.
This gym is way overpriced for what they offer. I wanted to like it because it is conveniently located next to my house. Multiple staff members have been extremely rude to me when I asked for help with simple things like getting a receipt for my monthly dues. Management acts as if they are being hassled if you ask for help with anything and then want to increase how much you pay them every month. Don’t waste your time or money with them there are plenty of gyms in town to choose from.
If you are a tennis player, then you should give the Falls a try. There are four well-lit indoor tennis courts and several outdoor courts as well (with lights). There are several nice tennis instructors from whom you or your kids can learn tennis. I dont know much about other services they provide such as fitness class or yoga class, I am only talking about tennis.
The Men and Women here are great, easy to talk to easy to work with just great people here. Worth the work out.
Great Facility! Amazing people it feels like a family environment!!
The fact that the owner responds defensively to criticism says so much. We are members of Bodyworks (now True fit)and love our 82nd street gym. We added The Falls for the pool, otherwise we are not impressed. This club and frankly all clubs in Lubbock, could learn a thing or two from Verdure or Amarillo Town Club, in Amarillo...both are clubs to be very proud of and both excell at customer service and satisfaction!
They offer Pickleball and it is clean and smells great.
Used to be a great gym, spacious enough for the number of people working out. Now that it’s been sold to Bodyworks, they expanded it, painted it bright blue instead of the nice matching neutral colors, put in so much equipment that you literally work out two feet away from the next person and have to get in line for some of the most basic exercises, for a hefty membership fee. Looks like 16 treadmills and one leg press or about. I have been a member for 4 years and I’m quitting. Oh, and you can’t quit on the phone or via website, the website no longer works for updating payment or looking at payment history. You have to go in and talk and explain your reasons for cancelling before they let you.Added 2 weeks later:Now that I have cancelled/suspended membership well in advance of the billing date, and Anton promised to process my membership change before the billing date (he had two weeks notice time), I am still being charged a membership fee. Not cool.
Great facility, good environment.
Terrible customer service. Managers are apathetic to any concerns and are generally unresponsive or unavailable. Wont be renewing my membership here.
Very professional
