They Make Fitness Great Again!While my wife and I were in Lubbock for business we found out the gym behind our hotel was free for guest use. We walked in and I was immediately hit with overwhelming motivation to workout. The entire vibe of this place is fitness. All the equipment is up to date and in great shape. There is a ring and plenty of Matt space in the back portion of the building. The staff is well trained and friendly. The most impressive part is when they werent training people they took the opportunity to clean. Everything you need to get fit or learn a self defense technique is here.I as key the young lady at the desk who I found later was a manager what was it like to work here and what happened next floored me. In todays world most companys pay you just enough to not quit and employees do just enough to not get fired it was refreshing to hear this young lady describe her ownership. She told us how they work with college students schedules and allow you to do homework as long as it doesnt interfere with work. They also host bible studies for anyone interested. I love to support companies that take care of their employees. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in fitness.
