Very clean with a variety of equipment and weights. Great programs and classes. Large pool. It has an outdoor track. I enjoy the covered parking which is great in all types of weather.

Good place to work out or do water aerobics or even open swim at times just have to follow their timelines for such activities you might want.

Good place to work out nice and warm, hassle to park below but still at least four stars!

I use the facility for a pool access due to the fact I have injuries from 911. It would be a perfect score if it wasnt for few people that rune with their politics and religion conversation over the music. Other than that a very nice place to do therapy.

A excellent rehabilitation facity with well trained and helpful staff. They will get you in a program that you are able to do and attempt to increase your strengths and help you return to activities you may want to do. They monitor you while you you are in this program, trained staff are watching you exercise.

Wow, WHAT A BLESSING! The Cardio Rehab Care folks were knowledgeable, supportive and great encouragers to my husband as he rehabbed from his second open heart surgery.

My experience at the lifestyle center have been exceptional the staff are fabulous.

My husband is going to cardio rehab and they all are really nice, friendly and helpful.

This is just a great fitness club to belong!
