Horrible experience. I got fingerprinted for a texas criminal background report from Austin, with instructions for the report to be mailed to my address. The Indentogo agent was very nice but did not do as I asked. She sent my prints for an FBI check that is only available by email, even worse is you only have 30 days to check the status. I got ripped of $72.64. I am applying for a pardon, this was the last paperwork I needed.

10/10 for customer service and efficiency. I was in and out in about 5 min and she kept me laughing the whole time. Can’t recommend enough.

Using their website means giving up detailed identity information before even knowing if they have an appointment time you could make. Using their phone service means waiting through a step by step list of each state they serve. Showing up in person means being told theyre booked solid even though no other customers are there for the time I spoke with who I think is the same lady other reviewers complained of. They do get two stars for being open when other places are closed due to COVID hysteria.

Does not take cash. Easiest is just card. There is only one main door on the north side. Go in and then to the right. Very easy very fast. Good customer service. Sign in when you arrive and then just go in order of entering. Doors open at about 815-820.

This will be my third time to have my fingerprints done. They didn’t tell me I needed a redo so I have waited 2 weeks on my license. Now I have to go back and redo again.

Very unprofessional!! Took off from work to be at my appointment early. When arrived was told they are closed. Was told to come back another time and they would try to work me in. Didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Left feeling frustrated.

This is a small space, but the young lady that does the fingerprinting is very knowledgeable. The machines and tables are arranged in such a way that theres room for what is needed. The process is quick and painless. The area appears quite clean.

Me and my wife had appointment to getOur fingerprints do an we show and they tell us that they were close an the lady there said that they had send out an e-mail but we didnt get no email or nothing so we have to make time again to go get our fingerprints done just disappointed.

Kimberly was an additional young lady! I enjoyed her banter & casual conversation as I had my fingerprints scanned! I didnt even mind that the equipment malfunctioned 3 times. She made the experience better by being a great person to talk to.

Super fast in and out which is nice. professional company. however, with this location in Lubboock, the lady that runs the place, is terribly rude. both times i’ve been it was the same lady and she is so unpleasant. interrupts you, gives extreme attitude and just looks like she hates her life. i pray to God i never have to go back there or have to have a confrontation with her ever again.

Very unprofessional company. Took off work during a very busy time of year to get my fingerprints scanned to renew my license. When I showed up early for my appointment there was a lot of other people standing outside the door and said no one had been there all morning. One lady in particular had drove out of her way on a road trip for this appointment and had scheduled it a month in advance. We called the company and they were just like ‘Hmm I guess we will reschedule for a different day.’ They didn’t apologize or make arrangements to get us in that day. Like I said, very unprofessional.
