Outstanding office staff, clinicians, and dentist. The best overall dental exam I have ever experienced. I was given an explanation of Dr. Shivelys findings in a manner which I could understand which helped me be an active participant in my treatment plan. The procedures were painless as they constantly monitored my anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Shively and his team!

I saw Dr. Shively a few months ago! He is so awesome! First off, he’s funny! And when your dentist is funny, it eases your mind and you’re not as anxious. 😉Secondly, I had a tooth that had been causing sensitivity for atleast 6 months, and I kept putting off getting it checked on, because I was afraid I’d need it extracted.Dr. Shively did several tests to find exactly what was going on and to pinpoint the exact tooth.He and his amazing staff had me scheduled soon for removing and replacing an old amalgam filling and fixing a crack in my tooth.I’ve been great every since! No pain, no sensitivity !He also carried on a great but funny conversation related to 90’s hip hop and R&B- DOUBLE points for any 80’s folks!I am sooo glad to have found Dr. Shively and his team!

Lost my old dentist, Dr. Morgan, and used his successor, Dr. Shively. No complaints about Doc Shively, at all. He knows what hes doing. His replacement of a cracked filling took no time and caused no worries or pain. Very thorough with a great chairside manner.

I chipped a portion of my front tooth yesterday evening. I called Dr. Morgan and he was able to get me in first thing in the morning. He was very friendly, skilled, and professional. He fixed my tooth quickly and had me look at it to make sure that I was 100% happy with the way it looked (which I really appreciated). I felt comfortable at the office and the rest of the team was also very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

Went for a 3 month cleaning and was some what surprised when ex rays were taken. My bill was over $100 which was high compared to my visit in April. Staff was very good with their explanation but was not told about the add ons until I had to pay. I go to Dr. Morgan because he is great and the staff too.

I took my wife for a toothache and were treated very well by Dr. Morgan and his staff. I recommend him to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Morgan and his staff are great! Everyone is so friendly and polite, and they do great work. If Dr. Morgan has to do extensive work on you, he will personally call you at home later to check on you and make sure you are doing okay! Highly recommend!

I was a patient for many years. I had two crowns done on my upper two front teeth and paid $2K. Now one of the crowns has broken in less than the average lifespan and he wanted $1,495 to replace it...He was friendly until I said no way, he took off the exam gloves and we parted ways for good...then I get a text message from Dr Morgan telling me that I was trying to get it done for free. Sorry that he let me down..I didnt expect free, but sure expected something greatly different. No, Dr Morgan, I didnt get it fixed Ill have to have a smile that I can attribute to poor material that you didnt feel the need to stand behind. Not your work, but shoddy material..

Very friendly and attentive staff! I have only been twice now and have absolutely zero complaints. The previous dentistry I went to regularly was absolutely terrible and shady in terms of their practices and recommendations and I felt like they were abusing my insurance by prescribing things I felt I did not need (confirmed when I would go to my dentist back home during long breaks). Richard D. Morgan DDS is significantly better and I feel great after every cleaning and checkup. I am normally super self-conscious about my teeth but the staff here always makes me feel more confident before I leave through the door and I appreciate them very much. My teeth/gums look/feel so much better!

Went in with a Groupon for cleaning & whitening kit. To my alarm I was told I MUST have a deep cleaning, ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, or else! I got one side done & decided to get a second opinion & saved several hundreds of dollars!

Amazing! From the first call to make the apt to the women in the front. Everyone is so helpful. Mandy was my hygenist, super sweet and explained everything! Constantly checking that I was ok. Dr. Morgan was very personable and thorough. I havnt been to the dentist in over 10years and expected the worst. To my surprise everything was great! He recommended some future cleaning options but was so welcoming and not pushy. We will be back! Highly recommend!!
