Nice part of town (continuing to fill in) with friendly, professional service from Lbk Master Cleaners. Sleeping bag turned out well each time there. As household item it did require a week, but no rush made that no problem. Expecting to keep using their cleaning service at this convenient Slide Rd location. 🙂

IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND CLOTHING, AVOID THIS PLACE!!We took my dry cleaning to Master Cleaners. When we got it back realized that two of the shirts were missing. The manager has been no help! All we keep getting is the run around that “the owner” will give us a call back! They have made no attempts to make this right! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING CUSTOMERS!

I took a new kimono and a pair of capris to be be cleaned at the end of April. When I went to pick my cleaning up, the kimono was missing. When I told them I was missing the kimono, they readily assured me they would track it down and call me once it was located. It is now the end of June, and I am still getting the run around. I showed a picture of the garment and told them how much I paid for it. I didn’t save the receipt. Each time I go in and ask about it, I am told the same thing,”We’re trying.” We have used Master cleaners for over 20 years. I am disappointed in the way my missing dry cleaning has been handled. I will be finding a new cleaners and will continue to hold them accountable for not making the situation right.

What an incredible owner and business! Every employee I spoke with on the phone was super polite and helpful! Went into the location just 10 minutes before they closed and they got me taken care of! I am so thankful for this company and the employees! I have never had a company go out of their way for me like Master cleaners did tonight! All my dry cleaning will be brought here!

Awesome service and care! We were in a pinch and needed a few shirts dry cleaned within a few hours while working a production at Texas Tech University- the owner came and got them from us, had them cleaned and back to us within a couple hours! Thank you so much!

I needed some clothes cleaned for the job fair. I called and they said that if I brought it in before 9 it would be ready that evening no extra charge. Very impressed with customer service and the short amount of time that it took to clean my clothes.

Took a nearly brand new $45.00 shirt to have it cleaned- right after I dropped the shirt off I received a call from Jewel stating she had found a tiny hole in the back towards the bottom of the shirt.Went back to pick up the next day and took the shirt home. When we removed the plastic covering we found the shirt had several bleach or chemical stains all over the front that were not there prior to it being dropped off. I called the next day to see what was used on the shirt, I spoke with Jewel who asked me to take the shirt in - as soon as I walked in with the shirt she pretty much screamed at me saying that the stains were there prior to me dropping it off- at which point I told her that she did not mention anything like that when she called me about the hole so obviously there were no stains when it was dropped off otherwise she wouldve brought that to my attention. She asked that I leave the shirt there til Monday- which is today and it would be done by noon. I called just now and no one even knows where the shirt is now- they have it listed as lost! and Jewel is out the next couple of days !!!

Never had a problem been using them for years and will continue to. Good service fair price.

If you care about your hard earned money then Stay Away from this Place!!! They run a business Mickey Mouse style. They messed up my $200 clothing and their manager Jewel took no responsibility to get this issue resolved by avoiding my calls for nearly two weeks!! Horrible experience!

Awful family runs this business. Besides constantly messing up orders or articles of clothes, the family has no issue with being dishonest or CHOKING employees.

I will never use them again. They charged me for a shirt they had first lost, when it was found there was no identifying information attached and it was more than two weeks past the promised due date. Bad business practice.
