Full disclosure: I called this place on accident. I thought I was scheduling with the super popular locally owned company. But I went ahead and booked anyway. Im happy to say that I couldnt be more pleased with the results. The team that came to my house was professional and courteous. My husband is on home dialysis, and there are boxes upon boxes of supplies; too many for me to move by myself. Honestly, those boxes are the biggest reason it took me so long to call for cleaning services. My husband cannot lift things, so he couldnt help. These gentlemen moved ALL the boxes to the garage for me! The carpets look GREAT. The best part was the value! The prices are so reasonable, Im planning to have them come by quarterly.

Xpress Steam did a phenomenal job on our home! They were incredibly professional and went beyond our expectations during their visit! Xpress patched a small area, shampooed, and deep cleaned pet stained areas in a one hour visit. From the time we reached out to them, to the end of service, their up to date communication platforms and excellent service cannot be beat!

Rylan was awesome and I’m really glad we chose him to come clean our kids bedroom! We moved into a new apartment and the carpet stunk of pet urine. The complex would only come and spray a deodorizer on the carpet. I called him on Saturday evening to see if he could come the next day to clean our carpet. He said there were no abilities for the day but I explained our situation and he said he would fit me in to his schedule. He was very professional and courteous. He charged exactly what he stated in his estimate and didn’t charge any additional fees for coming so last second on a weekend. Highly recommend Xpress and will definitely use them when our carpets need cleaned again.

VERY IMPRESSED!!! Super professional. Wasnt sure what I would be getting picking blindly off the internet...but they were there when they said they would be, worked super fast, price was right without adding a bunch of additional fees, and best of all my carpet looks great! Very nice guys and Ill be using them again and Im also referring them to everyone I know from now on. Use them...Youll be glad you did!

First time trying this company & I was very impressed. I just got a new puppy that decided to make a mess on my cloth couches & I could not get the stain out. I called to make an appointment & they were at my house the very next day. The employees were super professional & nice. I can’t even tell where the stains were now. I’ll be using them from now on for whatever else my dog decides to make a mess on.

Rylan Thomas saved my life last night! After coming home to find a mess of dog poop and pee in our master bedroom from a dog we are sitting I panicked. Both peep & poop was in the carpet throughout my room and at 7pm I had no ideal of what to do. My mom basically knocked on his door and within 20min he showed up to help us out without hesitation. I called several big name companies and each took my information but only one company called me back and it was over 12 hours later. Still havent heard back from the others... i procrastinated in arranging a carpet cleaner, admittedly. I entered the NEED IT DONE NOW phase and wanted someone to come asap. I was a little hesitant to use a place with few reviews but took a chance and Im glad I did. Rylan answered the phone personally and fit me in right away. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He explained everything and was also great about shutting the door so my cat didnt escape.
