Larry and April have been amazing to work with. They have accommodated all of our requests in a timely manner. Not only do they provide a great service but it comes at an amazing cost. Very few carpet services in Lubbock are able to remove the dirt and grime build up from college students -- but they are also able to remove paint stains when my other vendors mess up! I had an appointment set for one day. They didn’t bother to call or text to reschedule I had to text them. They said they would come the next day at 8am sharp they showed up after 9am. I could see the stains in the carpet within a few days after they cleaned it. I was not impressed.

We have used Lubbock Cleaning Solutions twice. Once when we bought a house and it was terrible!! Next was when renters moved out of the same house, and we just thought it was terrible the first time. We did not give them easy tasks at all, and I wouldn’t be surprised if both times were their worst!They handled it so well, and did an amazing job!I know both of us are hoping that we don’t ever have to clean this house again, but if we have other cleaning needs they will be our first call!

The company and owner were very responsive and definitely offered the best price out of the other companies I called. I asked for a move in/out clean. Was told everything would be cleaned, top to bottom. The cabinets were not cleaned as I asked, blinds were not dusted and ceiling fans were not completely dusted either. After calling to speak to the owner, he came back with another crew the next day to touch up what was missed. As the crew was leaving for a second time, I noticed the inside of the oven was still dirty. Asked for them to clean it and they did. I will still have to go back and dust the insides of some of the cabinets and rinse off the residue left inside the oven from the cleaner they used. Maybe I am picky, I just expected a better clean. They mentioned that they had several other homes to clean that day so I think they missed things because they were rushed to make it to the other homes on schedule. Everyone was very nice and Larry tried his best to make everything right. Offered a discount for a second cleaning... I may try to use this company again as I think they genuinely did their best.

***UPDATE: Owner has had time to respond to my review but still has not returned my call. My current information on being a student at Tech is not posted on my Google page nor my Yelp page, meaning the owner also had time to go out of his way to find that information elsewhere & sought to include that in his response to my review as a means of intimidation. I would absolutely not trust this company nor its owner to handle anything in a professional manner.No call no show. This is the fourth time I’ve used Lubbock Cleaning Solutions & every time there is always a problem in getting them here. Usually the excuse is that they “got lost” on the way to my home, but nowhere in Lubbock takes two hours to get to. This time, however, after they did not show up at all, I received no response to the numerous calls, voicemails, & texts I sent to the number that was perfectly responsive two weeks ago when I made the appointment. I am completely bewildered that a company like this can still do business. Do not let them waste your time like they have mine.

Within 30minutes of reaching out to LCS on Facebook, I received a reply from the owner. We scheduled a carpet cleaning within a day. Larry and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about the business. Larry is very personal and upfront with you about what needs/should be done. They definitely went above and beyond with the carpet cleaning. Unlike most places, that are in a rush to clean your carpet and get out with it soaked... LCS took the time to go over the carpet multiple times before leaving in order to have the carpet as dry as possible. They did an inspection of all the carpeted areas and and pre-treated spots before commencing. 10/10 would recommend!

Lubbock Cleaning Solutions doesnt disappoint! Im pretty cautious about letting people into my home, so when I saw the 5 stars on Home Advisor I knew I should give them a go. They currently come in and clean my house, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a laundry room, and an office. We also had them do the carpets in the bedrooms and the living room. Let me just say... Berta is AMAZING! I love how efficient she is in getting everything done. I know for a fact that I wont have to worry about rechecking the house when shes finished. They currently come in weekly, which is perfect for me and my family because Im a busy mom and so is my husband. My son is in his teens and not as messy anymore, but we have a packed schedule. I would definitely recommend Lubbock Cleaning Solutions to anyone and everyone!

10/10. Our rental property was trashed. Called later on Saturday, offered to try to come on Sunday to which I replied Monday would be fine. Someone was there first thing in the morning ready to go. Went back to check on it after getting off work, think it might have been cleaner than when we put it on the market the first time. Good price as well compared to other cleaners Ive had. I needed my home deep cleaned. The floors and surfaces weren’t bad, but the stove, refrigerator, and bathroom were pretty bad. I needed someone who specified that they did this type of cleaning, while also taking care of the rest of my house. I also don’t like just anyone to come into my house, so the fact that they check their employees before allowing them into people’s homes is a plus!At first, I felt the need to supervise, but then I realized they were completely professional and fast, so I did my thing while they did their thing.
