This shop is reliable if you have a service vehicle that needs limited mechanical knowledge and professional repairs. The owner is good with communication but fails with customer care. The shop has allowed customer service to be a final priority.The cost of the work is excessive.The repairs take too long and your car will sit for an unneeded time in their lot of multiple cars needing repair.There are other mechanic shops who are better and will respect your car and your time. Advise everyone to look for a better car repair shop.
