My husband usually does all the repairs to our cars. Today however we had an issue and needed it fixed fast, cheap, and done right. I am so glad we took it to Marks. They did an excellent job on my car today and it wasnt overpriced. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They even took my husband to work so that I didnt have to drive across town to take him to work. When it was time to pay, it was actually cheaper then what they thought it was going to be. I really appreciate their honesty! In the future my husband probably wont be doing as many repairs since we found a good mechanic thats not going to rip us off.

Had a starter go out on our Honda CRV and had it towed to Marks Auto Repair. They we very professional and repairs we made timely and at a very reasonable cost. Has oil change done the following week. Very impressed and would definitely recommend for any car repairs.

This business is a joke and tried to charge me $1667 dollars for a 5.5hr job. And I was a good customer and brought them plenty of business which I will never recommend anyone to go to them ever again.

I googled auto repair shops and read the reviews for Marks Auto Service. The reviews were great so I chose this auto shop. They definitely lived up to their reviews. The price was reasonable. Jayson and his team were professional and kind. And my car was much better after their service. Marks Auto Service also has a loaner car program at no extra cost and I didnt have to go through my insurance. It was so convenient. I dont have any friends or family in this area so that really helped me. The whole process and service was so seamless. I cant say enough👍

I’ve been going to them for quite a while now, and their service is always exceptional. I had to take my car in recently to fix a shaking/vibration problem with my car, and they figured out it was my brakes, which was still under warranty. In the end, it didn’t cost me anything, and they fixed whatever was wrong with my car. They are all very kind, professional, and know what they are doing. I’ll definitely be going back for my car troubles.

I called for a quote to have an ac compressor and serpentine belt changed on my car. I was quoted $500 everyone else quoted me $750 so I called back and made sure $500 was the price, they assured me It was. So I had them tow my car there to do the work. A few hours later I geta voice-mail telling me its going to be $1100 thats more than double my original quote. I call and talk to them and they just say I dont know why she quoted you that price so I explained that I had cheaper quotes everywhere else I called then they dropped the price to $750 but they dont want to put freon back in my ac unit, that costs extra. I then talk to someone else that told me freon is included so I just have it done when I go back they tell me the tow is a separate $80 charge added on to the $750 so I explained that my insurance will pay for the tow so I need a separate receipt for the tow. So the price of the tow went up because they had to write a separate receipt. I just paid it and left the arguing is not worth my time. This used to be a reputable place but I will never return again. The job was done correctly as far as I can tell but I havent looked underneath the car yet to see if they put all the plastic covers back or not.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF THEY GET A CHANCE.

Our family car is an old one, but valuable to us. Its our life line, and with times so uncertain, who can risk the expense of buying something new? When it developed some problems, I was worried about finding a garage I could trust. Marks had great ratings so we decided to give it a try. Truly so grateful we did! First off, they made the visit less disrupting to our daily lives by offering us a temporary rental. Ive never known a garage to do this. Moreover, they took the car immediately, had it well and properly serviced in a few hours, and provided professional, reasonable information and advice. We have found our new family garage! This is my second time going to marks auto service. Overall I am pleased. There service is fast and quality of work seems good. Very polite staff and nice office space. I would like to see a itemized parts list show on the receipt as their part prices seem rather high and I have no idea what brand of parts they used. Still going to do my own repair work but they seem to be a good shop for when Im too busy or it is too involved for me.

Headlight went out on my car. Due to inclement weather, the part took longer to arrive. I was given a loaner vehicle which was extremely helpful!

Great service very helpful they also stand by their word said they would have my tire today and they sure did put in on in 15 mins I was done very quick service I highly recommend them take my word!!!!

This is now the second time Ive gone to Marks and I have had a positive experience both times. This last time was a bit pricier but I went in expecting that for how many things I needed done. A gentleman named Mike Intravaia answers said they were pretty booked but could fit me in! I showed up and this very handsome man meets me at the door. I very grateful for the quick service.

Every time I come in for an oil change it is a different price and a different reason as to why it is a different price. 1st time they told me it is because I have a high flow oil filter and then the next time it is because it takes another half quart of oil so 5.5 quarts rather than the standard 5 quarts

Took my car in to get the air conditioning recharged and for a “check engine” light....was able to book an online appt the night before which was so convenient...Service was great!!! They had my car back to me within 4 hours with cold air blowing, and ran a diagnostic on my check engine light, found the problem and quickly repaired it!!! Good communication with us every step of the way as to what they were finding and the costs which were fair....very comfortable lounge if you wanted to wait for your vehicle...Overall, VERY impressed!!!
