We rented a dumpster for a garage clean out and it great! I contacted quite a few dumpster companies and prices were all over the board, driveway dumpsters had the most affordable price and the customer service was awesome. I called on Tuesday and had a dumpster in my driveway by Friday. The dumpster had a large door on it that made it super easy to fill and made the job we had to get done super easy. We would definitely rent from driveway dumpsters again!

Been waiting on a permitted dumpster since before Memorial Day with no correspondence from the company. I called multiple times and got the classic line lemme find out whats going on and Ill get back to you after being qouted well have your dumpster there Tuesday (Tuesday after Memorial Day that is)Today is July 16th and called them after multiple no call backs nor correspondence, and explained to the agent at Driveway Dumpsters that I paid a deposit to contractors based on dates Id been quoted from this company and ended up being told to take it to court and Im trying extort!! So no dumpster, a forfeited deposit for the contractors I hired for the demo, and a month plus later...NADACUSTOMER SERVICE PITUFULHORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONNO FOLLOW UPCORRESPONDENCE DOWN IN THE DUMPS (pun intended)

Wonderful Experience! Excellent Customer Service Team and the drivers were the best. I called in the morning and we had a dumpster by the end of the day. We had a tricky driveway that others declined to try to back down both drivers expertly drove down the driveway with no troubles. Great price and easy to schedule delivery and pick up. I recently ordered a dumpster from Driveway Dumpsters for a home renovation project after Bagster refused to pick up one of their bags from my driveway (they told me the driveway was too narrow even though it was 12 wide, which is what is stated on their terms and conditions). I placed my order with Driveway Dumpsters online and a salesperson contacted me within an hour, I had the dumpster dropped off in the driveway within a day. There were no issues with pickup and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

As I was driving down the highway, I came across one of their company trucks hauling a load. I stayed a good distance from the truck, as you should with any vehicle of that type. I then watch a piece of debris fly straight off of their truck and hit my windshield, cracking it in the corner. I took pictures only to reveal later that their tarp was not covering the load, as required by state law. When I called the company and spoke with the manager she was rude and told me things would not go my way. It was only until I explained that I was not being rude and just stating they broke the law and were liable, that she even took down my name and number and said she would pass on the message to the owner. I called the next day before closing and asked if my message was passed along, and she explained the owner was too busy to call and that he would get back with me as soon as he could. It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear anything. What would have been $230 to fix for them and me showing proof they were at fault will now cost more for a small claims court case, as well as both of our time. They say they are family owned, but they obviously have no family morals to do this to a individual. When calling to get my estimate on my windshield, the company I spoke with said they are notorious for causing damage to vehicles due to debris flying off their trucks. If they will get over on me for a situation like this, I imagine their business morals will be the same.

I am in the home remodeling and demolition business and have used dumpster service from the big boys, Rumpke, Waste Management, Republic, but they dont compare. Much better prices and customer service from Driveway Dumpster.

I am doing a home renovation and called around for a 20 yard dumpster for construction debris, furniture & misc household goods. These guys had the best price. Got the dumpster delivered that day. They picked it up the day after I called (they were busy the day I called). I am on phase two of my project and will be calling them for a 10 yard dumpster.

Terrible customer service. They charged me for two dumpster that were delivered to another client of my contractor, and wouldn’t switch the charges to his card even though the first accountant said they would. Their justification was that my card was on file. Seems like everybody turns over here every few months. Will not give them anymore business.
