We had a water issue for over 17 years before we were able toget it fixed. After trying numerous time to get rid of the blackmold in the basement we hired rumpke restoration to help. CJand Matt told us what to expect and gave it their all. Did a greatjob tearing out the basment ceiling and bathroom. Had a delayon the bathroom and it took longer than expected, they madeit right for us even though delay was not theirs or our fault. Lifegot in the way.. Excellent service. Our basement flooded three days before we left for vacation. The flood occured on Sunday, I called three other service providers to have them start the restoration with one firm committing, but than they never showed.A friend recommended Rumpke Restoration. I called them at 1pm, and they had their equipment setup that night and began drying my basement that night. They even billed my insurance.They are an experienced professional group who got the work done in three days. Even my insurance company was impressed and pleased with the bill. They even managed the work while we were gone on a family vacation. Nov 2018 Mold remediation project in finished basement. Laura and her team did a fantastic job! They were courteous, professional, hard working people who did an exceptional job on a project that turned out to be way more extensive than initially believed. The price of the remediation was comparable to another reputable company And the contracted price was honored despite the extra work required.I would recommend Rumpke to anyone who wants mold remediation work done RIGHT. It’s not cheap but frankly, if someone tries to quote you a cheap rate, it’s because they aren’t going to do a complete remediation. When you have mold, you can’t cut corners!

We had water damage done by a pipe that burst. This company came out that night, set up equipment and had our floors dried in no time. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Our basement flooded due to a failed sump pump in November potentially ruining our brand new carpet. I called Rumpke Restoration as they were opening that morning and they had a crew onsite with equipment set up in less than three hours. The crew worked around the plumber installing our new sump pump to ensure that both needs were addressed without delay. They had the water mitigation completed in 24 hours and even saved our new carpet and memory foam padding due to their quick response time. In addition to the excellent service, our invoice was very competitively priced making our insurance claim process as simple as possible.

Unbelievable response time to our flooded basement. From the time our insurance company contacted Jeremy to the time the RR team was extracting water from my basement was ~4 hours. They worked late into the night to ensure we were on our way to drying out quickly. Their team was friendly and diligent in their work. I really appreciated working directly with Matt and Jeremy who are part of the ownership team. Hot water heater exploded- basement carpet/padding SOAKED! These folks came in within hours (LATE AT NIGHT) and worked until 430am. We are dry, restored and freshy- fresh! Professional and FAST work. Went over and above for us and ensured that we were totally dried and mold free before filing with the insurance. **HIGHLY** recommended. I am going to highly recommend this company! From the first phone call I was advised on exactly what to do and how they were going to help. My grandfathers home had mold in the basement and it was pretty tricky. Rumpke worked tirelessly until every piece of mold was gone. The best part is that the project manager kept me in constant communication so that I didn’t have to make trips over there every day and worry. Now the home is ready to be sold with detailed documentation for future buyers. They could not have made it any easier on me.

I want to take a second to acknowledge how awesome everyone at Rumpke Restoration is! The customer experience from start to finish was better than I could imagine. From the moment they answered the phone I knew these were good people and when Matt came out, it was reaffirmed. He gave us a rundown on what they were going to do and you could tell that they go above and beyond just the standard. WORST restoration company ever! Absolute criminals & will damage your property.Let me share our story: They were called in for water damage and while here, asked the insurance adjuster how much money we would be receiving, (yes, we have since switched to a new insurance company because the adjuster never should have told them how much money our claim would be awarded since it is NONE of their business); they then up-charged the bill, totally inflated costs & even added a few things that they didnt even do. Additionally, they caused major damage to an item in our basement which they agreed that they caused but then refused to pay for or take the it off our bill. TERRIBLE company. Seriously, save yourself some money, time and aggravation and call any other company in Cincinnati. Rumpke Restoration is the absolute WORST!
