Sean and Travis did a wonderful job. Very friendly, showed up on time, and was worked quickly. They went above and beyond in cleaning the areas I requested.

Weve had several carpet cleaning services before and while they were all adequate Koala T was far superior in their service. We were able to get an appointment within a couple of days of calling and they (called first) showed up early on the day of cleaning. Such an amazing crew! Our house flooded on a Saturday morning while we were away (broken toilet on the 2nd floor). They came out the next day and thoroughly checked our 3 floors (upstairs, main floor and basement) for the flood damage with infrared cameras and went strait to work cleaning up the mess, setting up fans and dehumidifiers and removing the damaged drywall. They were courteous and came out every 24hrs for 3 days to inspect the drying process. I will absolutely use them for all carpet cleaning needs in the future!

I am so grateful for the amazing work they performed on short notice.I heard an unusual noise, went to the basement to investigate and stepped into 2 inches of water. The entire basement was full from a sprinkler break. I left a message at 6:00 a.m. to Koala T for a water extraction on Saturday. They were at my home within 2 hours. Within three hours Terry and Jeremy removed furniture and personal belongs up and down the stairs at an incredible speed. It was amazing to see the high energy these gents had that day!!! They charged me 210.00 for less than 200 sq ft. They left so much soap in my carpet that dirt is attracting to the carpet now like glue. The carpet is stiff with soap. They promised me to redo with only steam but won’t answer their phones. Total rip off.
