Truly one of Loveland’s hidden gems! I stop by about once per month to buy dog/cat food, and always have a pleasant experience! I’m always blown away when the gentleman who works there offers to take my bags out to my car. The great customer service is what keeps us coming back!

I went to the Hardware General Store last year to purchase a new weed eater and was amazed how courteous and knowledgeable the salesman was. This year I needed a new chainsaw and again the salesman was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable.If anyone is looking to purchase a new STIHL product you can’t find a better place than Loveland Hardware General Store!

This place is so awesome and the staff there are great! The have a great assortment of bottled beverages, hand made items and just great atmosphere! Everyone should check this place out.

Great place. Great people. As easy as it is to just head to a big box store, THIS little gem is where we will be getting all of our hardware, gardening and general fixin up stuff. They even have a little grocery!

Nothing like having a friendly local hardware store with knowledgeable folks to assist you in your purchase process. I ended up purchasing a Stihl pole pruner from Loveland Hardware Store. The HT101 was all put together when I arrived to pick the Stihl unit up. I was impressed by the fact that one of the sales people took the time to walk me through how to take the unit apart as well as going outside and starting the pruner as well as letting me start it up as well. And then I was walked thru all the details of properly taking care of this unit. Nice !!!Its certainly a pleasure doing business with a company that takes pride in the products that they carry as well as taking the time to make sure that you, the customer, are totally satisfied with your purchase. And yes I would have paid more for this kind of service. But I did not need to.

Loveland Hardware employees are always very freindly, eager to help and knowledgable. They provided me outstanding service whether getting a key made, picking up plants, looking for a screw or having my Stihl blower and edger serviced.Its a pleasure to have such a great group of people just down the road. Quite the opposite of the experiance at the big box chains (Home Depot, Lowes). And what they dont stock they can typically order.
