HELPFUL, QUICK, PROFESSIONAL and CLEAR! Went to this store at 10am right when they opened to avoid waiting too long. There were a couple customers in the store but I only had to wait maybe 3-5 minutes to be helped after getting checked in.I keep going over my data limit, and due to this, as well as my old contract expiring, my bill has increased around $20-$25 each month. They set me up with an unlimited data plan as well as one of the promotions I was eligible for and my bill is now $5 cheaper than my original plan when I signed up, with the bonus of having unlimited data! I appreciate your employees being personable and understanding, as well as making sure I’m getting the best deal.Side note: While I was in the store, there was an irate customer complaining about the employee giving him attitude. This man’s voice filled the entire store and immediately, one of the managers approached the customer. I thought she handled it very calmly and professionally. The customer swore at the employee as well as the manager and I thought she still acted very professional and polite to said customer, I can’t say I would have.You can get a lot accomplished by just being polite to the store employees :) thanks again guys!
So far, so good! I have to go in there one more time when my phone thats been shipped shows up, and well sign up for an official service plan at that time. But as for this first time going in I had a great experience, I felt like a priority, and David was awesome and very accommodating!

After they jacked up the price on our service, as they always do, we went in to look for a better deal. We were able to get more speed that we didnt need but it was less expensive than the new price they were charging. We were told it was without a contract. Not long after our landlord decided not to renew our lease so we moved. Comcast doesnt cover here. Got much more for much less through TDS. Now Comcast is charging us an early cancellation fee. Worst company in the US for a reason.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Strangely, they have always answered all of my questions and gone beyond my expectations for service. I know Xfinity gets some negative reviews, but these folks have been great.

Went in because my contract was ending, told I had another year. 3 weeks later I get a bill for more money because yes my contract did in fact end. Ridiculous price for slow and unreliable internet. Even if they give you wrong information they wont do anything about it.
Horrible customer service in for Windsor CO. Contacted them 3 times for internet not working or slow service, they only have a chat option can not speak to a live human being and leave you on hold for hours when you finally get called back! Set up a service call and they canceled last minute! I work from home and rely on the internet for my job! Going to cancel the service today!

Guys in the store are great.... beyond that.... you can only talk to robots that don’t resolve the issue. They better get their system up...... zero human factor unless you drive to the store face to face

The sales team and staff are friendly... They are a sales only driven company, unable to fix current issues and dealing with the call system is a horrid joke. Two hours on the phone trying to get internet working at the house, can you unplug and replug the router. Their business model needs a upgrade. Everytime I go into a storefront to complain or try to progress forward its wasted precious time.
Unable to help us with our current issues.. It was no better then talking to robots on the phone number listed on the bill each month for customer care. 2 stars because the employees were cordial, however employee gave me a business card with a phone number to call their customer care. So basically I drove 20 miles out of my way to talk to humans but humans are unable to help assess our current billing options and service plan.

Ive known my sales guy since I got my phone there over a year ago & hes absolutely the BEST. I honestly dont care for Xfinity or their prices, ect. But Roberto is a great manager, & has always been very helpful. Im never crazy about xfinitys selection of phones either. But I do know that my sales guy has made a major difference in my experience in having the phone I ended up getting. If it hadnt been for him then I probably wouldnt have kept the phone or the service. Hes definitely a major asset for that company, & that company needs all the assets it can get!

During a significant snow storm a tree limb had snapped off and disconnected my internet. Once the storm was over I called to see if I could get it fixed and the guy rescheduled two times because he didnt feel that he would be able to get to the line. So my son asked another internet tech that actually was working in the neighborhood and he came over and fixed it right away. As I work from home I was losing a significant amount of money for every day I didnt get to work. Thanks to the other internet associate that just happened to be driving around I was able to be up and running again. If I had waited for the other guy I dont know when my service would have been restored. Bottom line if you dont like your job get another one
I was super impressed with the professional service I received from this location. Roberto went above and beyond in making sure all my questions were answered. This was a quick and easy setup without all the paper signing. Roberto even followed up with me via text making sure nothing new had come up. Truly a standout experience from a cable/WiFi provider or any retail environment.
I went there to get a new phone. They told me I had to call customer service to get my number transferred to a new phone. I was on hold with customer service for over 1.5 hours and then they told me that they would have to ship me phone in 2 days.... Im not sure what the store does exactly but they apparently dont have phones and cant help customers. I should also note that there were many sales reps doing nothing except standing around and still no one would help me. Terrible customer service.

I was trying to sign up with Comcast/Xfinity but this has to be one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. Their contact system (where Id hope to get some answers and secure a setup date) jimmied me along for 20 minutes, then hung up. Talk about starting with terrible customer service!
Just signed up for service by phone, want to drop by the physical store to get the modem, no freaking way to simply call the store and find out if they have it in stock before I go out of my way to visit. That is not customer service. The auto responding 800 number is a joke.
Drove from greeley to discuss a problem I am having with recording. took my box with me to show what I had. he said all I had to do was push the record button on the remote. He sent me back home with it. it doesnt work because it is an HD box, not a DVR box. another trip now back to get what he should have already given me.
Its a very comfortable atmosphere. They help me with a new TV internet package to save money yet it more than double my internet speeds as well as starting me with Xfinity mobile. I am very happy with the services.

Wow! This is a closed store, yet Comcast employees confirmed my returning equipment to it! Didnt find out till I arrived to return boxes, and found it closed and a sign on the building saying they moved.....FYI- to get to this point I had to hire a handyman because the cables were screwed so tightly into the boxes that it took tools. Now I have to hire someone to take the boxes to a mall somewhere. Disabled people like me beware as I was informed Comcast doesnt care or have a plan for disabled people needing things returned. On your own....
This store was a pleasant surprise. Much friendlier staff than I expected, compared to every other Xfinity store Id visited. I was helped very quickly, by a gentleman, Chris, who spent about an hour with me. He got me all fixed up with a new box, and upgraded my plan to an X1 plan, which actually ended up saving me $20 per month. Plus a land line, a deluxe box, and HBO and Showtime thrown in. I was a very happy customer with my experience there. Highly recommended. Thanks, Chris!

His professionalism, caring, compassion, responsiveness and willingness to find television, mobile phone and internet plans that fit within each customer’s budget is above reproach! So as part of Xfinitys deceptive business practices, apparently they will charge you for services not requested end/or used. Careful that the customer rep you deal with doesnt just add something to your plan that you dont know about or need. When you find out about it, Xfinity doesnt care and requires you pay for the fraudulent charges anyways. Wicked brutal dealing with any support, trying to talk to a real person or to get any kind of manager or decision maker on the line. Get ready to deal with hours of bots and on hold music. Buyer beware.

Very poor customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable, and are rude when you ask for help. Instead of providing assistance, they try to sell you additional products (at a higher price of course). The only assistance that they are able to offer is to provide an 800 number for you to call. Dont bother visiting this location unless you want to overpay for equipment that you dont need.

I dont think the man behind the counter that greeted you liked his job. When I asked him a question he just pointed instead of answering me. Then he got upset when I made him answer me by asking again, so sweetly like I hadnt understood the pointing. I just thought it was rude.
If you need help with anything Xfinity. It worth travelling from Longmont which has a store to the Loveland location.Excellent service. Solved a problem I have been having for 2 months that the other location kept giving me the run around. Not to mention no wait time!I normally wait 45 minutes or more even when Longmont store is slow. This location was already serving customers. 0 wait time. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This is the standard all locations need to follow. Thank you for all your awesome help!
We stopped in to switch over our AT&T service to Xfinity Mobile. The wait was short and the customer service from Ryan was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for us. The cell service is excellent and very reasonably priced.

I went to the Loveland, Xfinity store this morning to have my phone turned off. They have charged me far too much for the phone, I have been making payments on the phone for two years now. I go in there, and the guy who helped my mom and I, he basically called up a number to call, handed us the phone and then said You see? you have to call them, Xfinity cant do anything on our end. This was all due to me wanting to change over to another service provider and keep my same phone number. My mom and I was trying to explain, we want to keep the same phone number but switch over to another service provider and cut off the phone service to my Xfinity phone. The guy put up his hand in front of us and said Okay, okay, whatever you want, I am trying to help you here. in a super rude tone of voice. We finally got up and left, do not go with Xfinity or Xfinity mobile. They charge you far too much and their customer service support is extremely rude.

My husband went to this store twice. Employees were rude & unprofessional. We ordered a new phone & my husband went to ask them for help activating phone. Employee immediately held up his hands & said, Im not touching your phone! He also told my husband to stand 6 feet back! Employee LIED stating he could not help & that my husband had to call Xfinity. My husband called Xfinity & held over 2 hours & no one ever came on the line. My husband went to Greeley store the next day & was treated professionally. They activated the phone which COULD ONLY BE DONE IN STORE. They were so helpful. Thank you Greeley store. Shame on Loveland store!

I really like this store. The employee that we dealt with was very knowledgeable on our questions and got us set up and taken care of in a short amount of time. The store looks clean and the people working the front desk were nice.

My second time in this location and both times Ive been treated excellently. They took care of my issues and made things easy to comprehend.
As with most customer service related places Comcast too doesnt know how to streamline the process. I went in to simply pick up a new modem and ended up waiting 25 minutes to literally walk to the desk for 10 seconds while the new modem was pulled out of the cabinet. At the very least 1 representative should be dedicated to quick turn around things such as mine, or, keep 2 lists so other reps can take care of quick service items between the people that actually need to sit and talk with someone. It would streamline the process.

Surprisingly not as bad as you might think. Going to a place like this is typically about as fun as getting teeth pulled, but this place isnt bad at all. Most of the reps are very reasonable, and frankly much better than dealing with the reps on the phone. Usually can get some kind of deal.
I went to the local store to turn in my modem since I purchased my own. They were friendly enough but didnt automatically offer a receipt for the returned equipment. I had to request it and then I waited more than 10 minutes to get it. I suspected they felt put out by the request for a receipt of my transaction. Its a good thing I asked for a receipt because on my next bill, I was credited for the modem, but then re-charged for it so had to call to correct it. Some version of this went on for three months and each month, I had to call and spend 30 minutes on the phone to get it corrected. It was finally fixed, but now, every time there is an outage, their answer is Its something with your modem and they refuse to entertain the idea that there is a Comcast/Xfinity outage (even though they can see theres been between 5 to 10 outages a month for the past three or four months.)They ask for troubleshooting steps that are most inconvenient, like crawling down under the desk to unplug everything from power, unplug everything from the modem, unplug everything from the wireless router, unplug eveything related to the modem &/or wireless from the PC, etc even though all it would take is to check the link light & power light to tell if the modem or the PC are receiving a signal, then, unplug the modem and router from power for 15 seconds to reset them. After 20 minutes of that, they say Oh, sorry, there appears to be an outage in your area.. Even after telling them up front youre going to wait at least 30 minutes before you do any troubleshooting and you are just calling to report the outage, they still insist there is no outage and start throwing out troubleshooting steps and continue to do so until you hang up on them. Comcast/Xfinity has clearly not been honest with their international staff about the fact that they do indeed have many outages and it takes 30+ minutes for Comcast to log an outage. The phone reps are truly convinced that if the system doesnt say theres an outage, theres not an outage.It appears that Comcast doesnt proactively monitor their lines and instead waits until they get X amount of calls about a service disruption before it is logged and they start working on it.
If I could give the zero stars I would. But it wont.let me...if I miss my race tomorrow.... I will cancel them...
Not one customer representative I have spoken with in the 3 years Ive had Xfinity has been able to help with my issues. Not once have they saved my auto pay info, not once have u been able to go 2 months without them shutting off my internet, and not once have they halped with any issues regarding this at the store in Loveland. Terrible staff

Are you wondering why you have to waste time in this store rather than taking care of your needs... so am I!Once I told the online chat person off, I rolled into this store to fix what they wouldnt do for 5 days online. It was ok. Comcast is getting too expensive. No incentives for being a loyal customer for 20+ years. Im not asking for anything free, just wanted to keep the bill close to what it was. Always goes up 10 to 15 dollars even though I went in before my contract was up. That was not what I was told last year in February.
This particular store was fine. The person that we dealt with both times was actually very friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. We actually went into cancel cable because it was too expensive. Thats why Im waiting three stars because Xfinity is going to price themselves out of the market. But this particular store has a good system for waiting on customers and they were kind.
Comcast phone customer care is total trash! I was so frustrated and angry I was about to cut the cord! Came in to my local service center in Loveland and worked with Theresa she was fantastic! Answered all my questions and got me a super good deal! She deserves a raise! Did a great job!
Ordered Internet online. Went into store to pick up the modem. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get helped but staff was great! Got me in and out fast once I was up at the counter. I recommend highly over any other TV/internet provider.

Saved some money by upgrading my internet - happy with that. Package comes with a cable TV box which I dont really need or want, but Comcast keeps asking me to pick it up. Fine.Closest store is 30 minutes away. Get there and Im told I need to check in and wait 30 minutes (even though several staff members are standing around chatting). Their greeter Matthew was completely condescending and unprofessional - watched the woman before me receive the same service. Wow.
They dont care about there customers, I have been with them since 2008 and the price continues to rise and the channel selection decreases.... I called them to ask why but no real answers I told them I will have to start looking else where and really didnt care.I shopped around did research on all other options and I am now leaving to go to direct TV. Over 330 Channels (100 more than xfinity) all the premium movie channels,sports package, internet for $180......thats $120 cheaper than Xfinity.Goodbye Xfinity thanks for nothing I was loyal for years I called and you didnt care!!!!!
After a windstorm we had some branches fall and pulled one of our cables out of the anchor attached to the house. After scheduling someone to fix it, they never showed nor did they call us. I ended up bringing hardware from work and anchored it myself.
Bought a new modem, took it there to connect it to the network. They said they would do it but didnt. I had to call comcast to do this. Waste of time.

Some people in this store are great at customer service. However AVOID Jeremiah. I would have a better and more productive talk with my tree trying to resolve an issue. Customer service is not something he seems to care about, just getting you out the door and back to watching tv. If you want to have a frat boy experience with someone that thinks they are better than you, then I would recommend him. I like xfinity and their services but amazed that they allow this guy to represent them.Calling the 800 number is a much better experience and a easier way to get to the bottom of whatever you need. This store needs some corporate training on customer service and customer experience.
I dont understand why these people cant do their jobs right the first time without inconveniencing the customer. We have had to return equipment several times to this store, and when we do, they never log it in, because inevitably we get a phone call several days later saying we never brought our equipment in. So we have to drive all the way back up to the store to remind them to log it it (they have no phone number). Ridiculous!!!!!
Steve was very helpful with issues/questions. No pressure to make changes I had inquired about. And surprisingly, there was only a 5- minute wait on a Friday night right before closing because there were 5 or 6 reps working.
Comcast as a whole is a satisfactory, but the customer service was disappointing. Chris Helmold had told me that the package he was selling me would include specific channels I wanted. When I found out that I didnt get those channels I emailed him only to have him say it must have changed, was out of his control, but I could pay more to add those channels. I was currently on a package that I paid for a month in advance but wanted to downgrade to something more affordable. When I went in to initially change my package he down graded me immediately even though I had paid for 1 more month of my previous package. Chris was very unprofessional and seemed only interested in making a quick sale.
