Molly Maid is a great cleaning company to work with and I highly recommend them! They are punctual, send lots of reminders and I even got a call when they were 10 minutes out too! The cleaning they do is fabulous and the house smells so good. If you’re looking for a cleaner and can’t decide who to go with, choose Molly Maid. You won’t regret it!

All the employees that we worked with were exceptional. Couldnt have asked for better service. We had two 8x10 wool rugs spot treated and cleaned and they almost look brand new they did such a phenomenal job! They even helped us move our furniture to put them back where we had them in our home. I highly recommend Molly Maid cleaning and would definitely use them in the future again if need be.

I am currently working here at molly maid, and I love the work environment, I have never felt more recognized as an employee at an establishment, and all of my employees are wonderful to work with. I also love the fast pace work that makes the day fly by. I would definitely recommend molly maid to anyone if they were looking for work.

Unfortunately our experiece was terrible. I paid in advance for two hours one time clean. Cleaning crew only stayed for an hour and fifteen minutes. VERY poor job on the dusting - items on shelves were NOT moved. A toothpaste stain on top of the master bathroom counter was not even touched. Floors were not even washed in one smaller bathroom. Overall very very disappointed. I paid for 2 hours because I knew my house needed that kind of time to get the cleaning I wanted taken care of. Kitchen counter top items were not moved either. Completely disappointing!

The ladies are always friendly and responsive. Overall, they do a very nice job and we appreciate our clean home.

In a word, amazing. We were getting our house ready to sell and needed the carpets cleaned. The crew showed up early Saturday morning and did an outstanding job. Started off by pretreating all the stains, then vacuumed, then steam cleaned. Went back to retreat and clean a few stubborn areas. Carpets look brand new. Great price too.

Had multiple guests staying with us for the holidays. Called Molly Maid of Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland (NOCO) to get a thorough cleaning before our guests arrived. They sent a 4 person team - Case, Cassy, Brenda, and Alex - to quickly spruce up my whole house. The team worked fast and efficiently throughout the house and even cleaned hard to reach ceiling fans and lights in the middle of two story rooms. The place hasnt sparkled this much since it was new! Greatly appreciate their thorough work and highly recommend them to others.

Asked for a deep clean of my place, they did a great job, were on time, etc. a couple things I wish would have been done different but can’t pick a choose, and a little pricey but not bad at all. All around a good service. Would definitely recommend.

The general cleaning was done well, I was happy with the floors, baseboards, bathrooms etc.. there were a couple of areas that looked like they hadn’t been touched, and area in front of the back door had snd mat that was never moved and the floor was still dirty underneath, there was a window sill in the living room that wasn’t touched snd was still dirty.. none of the Windows were cleaned and still had fingerprints and were filthy... the oven was wiped out but the door was still dirty ... this was all very disappointing with what was paid and asked for full love cleaning.. I shouldn’t have algae to go back and re-do things .. also there ended up being 3 molly maid cars there .. with that many people this should not have been an issues

The two women did a fine job of cleaning our three level townhome we are getting ready to move.

I had heard that this was the company to use for housecleaning services. But they seem to think that 11 miles west of Loveland isnt worth the effort. If if driving 11 miles is too much effort, then maybe they need to rethink their business motto. Not everyone lives right next door. I am recommending not using their services. When you advertise in Loveland, and the homeowner has a Loveland address, and you refuse to service them, that is poor business judgement.

They were absolutely wonderful to deal with and made our moving process so much easier. We received text notifications and phone calls as to when they were coming, so we were prepared for them, and were very responsive every time we called or needed to communicate with them. $400 for a deep clean that didnt get clean even after a second visit. Still baseboards and outside cabinet doors.etc. I think they just use a feather duster. I didnt see them use a bucket with cleaner and good ole fashion scrubbing. The girls were very nice and professional, the people at the office are also very nice and professional. They were on time as well. I was really hoping to use them long term. Im bummed.

I have never used Molly Maid before, but I was so overwhelmed by our move that the thought of cleaning the house too had become the straw that would literally break my back 😱. Molly Maid was so easy to work with. I arranged everything over the phone. They were there when they said they would be, finished in a timely manner, and let me pay by credit card. Having hand surgeries and casts put a crimp in your ability to clean. I never had a cleaning service before and was worried who to chose and would it be worth it. It is well worth Molly Maid Loveland. They are honest, hard working, and friendly. They bond with my dog and cat too. My team is open to using the products I wish but have environmentally friendly backups if I run out. When they leave, the bathroom, floors, kitchen granite and stainless, microwave and stove look great. Not a cobweb in any room they clean. My husband and I have Saturdays to enjoy with each other. Thank You Vicki and Loretta and all Vickis partners before. The corning ware stove top always looks its best.

I wasnt able to be home when the team arrived but my mom was there watching the baby, but they were able to give me a call when they were 30 minutes out! It was enough to give me mom a heads up.. we were able to go out for the afternoon and come home to a very clean house! It was noticeably cleaner and smelt so fresh. it was my first experience with them but Kathy, Brittany?, Amber and Katie made it a good one!I recommend this service.

Consistent and Friendly - weve been using Molly Maid for many years and they are consistent, friendly and do a great job. It is so nice to come home to a clean house at the end of the work week. Excellent Job! Love having a clean house. They vacuum (even the stairs!), mop, clean the toilets, take out the trash, scrub the shower and counter tops, and dust. Nothing is broken and everything is in its place. The staff have great attitudes, are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend their service. So many things are overlooked/missed. The first time they did a lousy job I called and complained. The next time they came by I expected they would do much better. Instead they did worse! Completely missed cleaning several things, left a huge smudge on a mirror, none of our knick knacks were dusted (even though I requested this be done right from the beginning), and you could easily see where they dusted and didnt dust (left huge dusty spots around all knick knacks, not lifting them to clean under them! I am so disappointed as I know they can do a good job, and dont understand why they arent. Im changing this rating to one star because of this.

I have a private house cleaner two times a month and was looking for a cleaning service to clean my house on the alternate weeks. Jim, one of the owners, came to my home to give me an estimate, but upon hearing that I utilized a private cleaner he refused to clean my house twice a month. He was fairly rude and told me that it wouldnt be fair to him if somebody else cleaned on alternating weeks. On their website they advertise twice monthly cleaning, but I guess thats not true. Or if you have your house cleaned twice a month you are not allowed to clean it in between....It seems to me that it would be helpful to Molly Maids to have my home professionally cleaned in between their visits. Jim is rude and just lost his company business. I would NOT recommend Molly Maids.

They came in and used our equipment. Normally not a problem. But then they broke a broom and left it wedged so that the room was inaccessible by a resident. They have moved things instead of putting things back including moving a cloth chair against a heater.

Molly Maids clearly doesn’t care for long term clients and doesn’t stand by their assurance to send the same team of cleaners for repeat cleaning.For close to a year my home was cleaned bi-weekly by Jessica and Emily. They did a nice cleaning job, were polite and friendly and were respectful of my request that my cats never, ever be allowed outside. I want to specifically point out Jessica and Emily because they were by far the best part of my experience with Molly Maid.I began working outside the home at the start of the year and had no concern that I could be out of the house while Jessica and Emily came to clean.6 weeks ago, without any notification from the main office, a new cleaning crew was sent to my house. They did not know my house and left all my trash cans without liners and the entire trash collection outside my front door primarily because they had never been trained about my specific home.A month ago another completely new cleaning crew was sent to clean my house without any notification. I had left a note about trash can liners so that was not a problem but they dropped and smashed a planter while cleaning. The office contacted me and offered to reimburse, but it wasn’t a valuable enough planter to worry about.However, the final issue is that this week yet another, completely different crew was sent to clean. I was never notified of yet another change. I arrived home to find my Congestive Heart Failure cat locked outside the house in a blizzard. She was hypothermic and very stressed. Assuming the cleaners left around 1-2 then she was out in freezing rain for 4 hours. In addition, I entered my house to find only some of the counters wiped down, others still covered in obvious food debris, area rugs still sprouting pet hair and no trash can liners in any of the trashes. I am hesitant to even look for other things that were missed. I paid for a substandard clean that could have cost me my cat’s life. I guess after almost a year of regular service a call apologizing for placing my cat in harms way would have been nice. Apparently my business isn’t worth even an apology.I called and terminated service last night. I have always tipped my cleaners well and tried to be an easy client. I was under the impression one of the assets of Molly Maids was that I would get the same cleaning crew each week. My cleaning crew was switched 3 times in 6 weeks with no notification. I open my home to the cleaning crew and having complete strangers come to clean without any warning made me extremely uncomfortable.I will not recommend Molly Maids Ft Collins to anyone in the future.

I requested cleaning service for my house in Fort Collins, CO. An estimate of $300 was given which I thought was too expensive for a 10 months old new house 3 bed 2.5 bath. The house really didnt need cleaning but my wife wanted detailed cleaned house. But Molly Maid came and performed a very Shabby job and charged my even more than estimated quote about $500.00. I reached out to Molly Maid customer service but I got a more disappointing response. I paid another company to clean the oven again. I felt helpless and regret using Molly Maid.
