Exceptional customer service. The Soft Wash technicians were friendly, previewed what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. The grunge, residue and mold has been professionally removed with this Soft Wash process. Very pleased.

Casey was very easy to work with, reasonable on price and very responsive. On the day of the job, Casey and his partner showed up a few minutes early for their 30 minute arrival window (unlike many service providers that give a 2 to 4 hour window when they might show up and keep you waiting around for half of a day). Overall, they did a great job, we would use them again and we recommend their services.

The entire exterior of my house -- the front porch, the siding, the back patio and deck and roof -- was in severe need of cleaning. I had hoped for some improvement but was flabbergasted at the results -- it looked better than when I move in many years ago. They were professional, friendly, timely, fair priced and as others have noted paid attention to detail. They obviously have pride in their work and it showed. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would give them 6 stars if I could.

Casey and his crew cleaned the entire outside of our house, removing dirt, algae, mold and sap from our trees. There was an area at the top of our brick chimney that had a stubborn stain, so they came back the next day with a bit stronger solution, and removed it completely. I will definitely use them again.

Ill echo all the other reviews of GASW being affordable, responsive and doing a great job. But what you cant read in a review is how passionate Casey is about making your house look outstanding. He tries to find a way to go above and beyond for you. Ive had plenty of services ignore this or that while trying to get our house ready to list, but Casey clearly takes pride in his work and makes sure that nothing goes unnoticed!
