The staff are always kind and courteous. I am usually there to return items and will generally have my kids. They interact with them as well as me. Even if there is a line and they are busy they make sure to acknowledge those behind stating they will be there as soon as they can. Truly the best place to send/return anything.

Had some time sensitive paperwork to send to Oklahoma so I stopped in the The UPS Store on Eagle Dr in Loveland. Robin helped me. I was having a tough day and she was just so welcoming and bubbly made my day better. She also found me a great rate to get there same time as fedex was trying to charge 80$! For 20$ thank you Robin! I usually go to the store on Denver Ave but I’ll come back here because of Robin.

There was a beautiful young lady behind the counter that was helping me find a box for a large bag I was shipping, another employee was helping to find a correct box, the young lady helping me rung me up for the box and we both thought the transaction was complete... but someone else behind the counter didnt and was extremely rude in-front of all the customers and chastised the young lady for completing the box purchase before she felt she had the right size box for my bag. I want to personally thank my cashier Andrea for her very professional help.

Awesome store, awesome employees. Ive been there a few times, but I just found out how helpful they are, when I needed a few return labels printed. They could not have made it easier. Visited 5/1/21, 10:30am. Would gladly patronage this store again.

The UPS Store next to King Soopers is fortunate enough to have an employee named Robin. She is kind, professional, and genuinely pleased to see me and call me by name every time I come into the store, which is more than a few times a week. She has made my day countless times, and I just want other people to know that there are still great people out here in the world.

This has been a dependable place for shipping and a postage box. They’ve never steered me wrong on when a package would go out and when it was supposed to arrive (barring weather they can’t control on the other end). Packages have always arrived at their destination on time. The staff has been kind and speedy. They answer all questions I may have and are honest when they don’t know the answer and why. I never understand why people get upset. I go in planning to be kind. I receive kindness in return.

Brought an item to return. Just needed to make the label and pay. I gave the person the paper with the address on it and she typed it up. I quickly looked at it and approved it. Later found out my item never made it there. Looked at the receipt I had for it. They typed up the address wrong. Entered E instead of W. I accept I’m partly to blame since I didn’t notice the error either. That’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. The item was also a low dollar amount so no big deal. I hope the person that received it enjoys the gloves that have oddly long and narrow fingers. I also gave it 3 stars because whenever I drop off something that already has been paid for I’ve always had good service.

Brought a package to be mailed Christmas Eve, and was told it would be mailed out that night. Figured it might take an extra day with the holidays, understandable. But Monday, FOUR DAYS after they said it would be shipped, I had to call the store as it was still sitting there. If there was going to be this much of a delay I should have been told.

Usually when I come in the employees are really nice to me. I have a small business and come in with prepaid labels that I don’t need a receipt for and no one has ever had a problem with me dropping off my packages and leaving because I don’t need a receipt.Today there was a line and everyone is waiting for postage but since I already have my labels I try to go set them by the front like I always do and the older woman working SNAPPED on me and told me to get in line like everyone else, but said I can leave the packages on the counter, so you want me to stand in line for literally no reason? She was so rude to me.

Rude, unprofessional, inept. My mom sent an e-mail, as per the website, containing 2 separate attachments to be printed off in multiples. Online process went seamlessly. However, upon arriving to pick up her order, the woman at the desk (short, dark hair) presented her with double the copies of only 1 of the attachments. When she pointed this out, the employee blamed her for having submitted her order incorrectly. My mom then proceeded to pull up the order as she submitted it to show this woman that she had, indeed, submitted 2 separate attachments. The woman continued to argue and blame it on her IN SPITE of direct evidence to the contrary. Then rather than simply fixing the error and printing the second document that had been ordered and paid for, the employee continued to blame her own ineptitude on my mom (again, in spite of the order showing that the error was on the part of that store). Finally just getting sick of dealing with this person, my mom decided to accept the refund. Apparently, this employee has no idea how refunds work because my mother was THEN told that they couldnt refund to a debit card (which anyone in retail knows is a false statement) and offered to refund it to a credit card (absolutely impossible to do if the charge was not made to the card being refunded.) FINALLY, after all of this, the employee decided that the better option was to give my mom a cash refund, stating if my drawer ends up wrong, Ill just have to explain it as though her own stupidity was, somehow, my moms fault.As things stand, my mom is awaiting a call back from the manager to file a formal complaint against this particular location. She did, however, state that she will absolutely not be returning to this UPS store and would be telling other professionals in her field about the poor customer service, rude staff, failure to hold themselves accountable for mistakes, and generally bad service that she received.As someone who manages a staff of people, I would HIGHLY recommend either relieving this employee of her job or putting her through substantial re-training in order to avoid further issues in the future. (This occurred on October 15 around 2:30PM)

Holy cow. Went here to help ship a bunch of friends stuff they left in Denver and the 2 ladies working there were the most helpful anyone has ever been. Walked us through price options, let us take extra boxes to our car while we figured everything out, helped my girlfriend when she started not feeling well. Just went above and beyond to help us when we were feeling particularly stressed. So very much appreciated.

The new staff is incredibly rude. I used to enjoy this location, now I avoid it unless absolutely necessary. An employee named Julie is especially unpleasant. Please bring back your old staff!!!

I just wanted to take a minute to say I walked in UPS today a hot mess. A bunch of amazon returns with codes that needed to be scanned, bags that needed to be purchased. Garrett was awesome. I was running around like a crazy person trying to catch a flight and he was so helpful, offered to pack up my packages for me. We own 2 local businesses and we are always in and out of this UPS and they never disappoint. Today especially. I just wanted to say thanks for always being attentive and helpful !

I use this location to ship pre-labeled packages and they are so fast. I always walk right up, drop it off and get a receipt. The folks behind the counter are very efficient, but arent the most friendly. I went to make some colored copies and they helped me get them to the right size. It was a little pricey, but worth the money since they helped me to get the size I needed.

Great staff, very respectful and helpful. I had a document to print and we had to do a lot of testing. At the end, I was satisfied with the results and I didnt had to pay for all the examples. I definitely would go back and do more business.

Charging $10 to hold a UPS package, as in one shipped by UPS. The counter person said that is their store policy, and that they are not part of UPS but a franchise that can make their own charges. I have 4 more packages heading there, which I hopefully cancelled in time and will just have to risk porch pirates. If not Ill just let the packages go back to the original senders and have them reship them because I am not paying $10 a package to pick up something I already paid UPS to freakin ship. By the way NOWHERE on the UPS website does it say this is this stores policy. They dont let you know it ahead of time.

This is the best UPS store there is! Hands down I would rather go here than the Fed Ex Kinko in town. The employees at this UPS store are stellar in my opinion! They have to put up with so many rude local people. Every time I go in there, some Loveland person is treating the staff terrible. The employees at this UPS store always are patient and kind, when having to deal with such mean customers. I really dont know how they can keep working with a smile, when customers are so rude, but yet in the past 5 years they have always served me right!!!

We have had two horrible expierences at the UPS store in the Thompson Vally Shopping Center. The first time I went to ship a package from the store I was shipping two necklaces that were wrapped in empty grocery bags for protection. I was asked what was in the package. After telling the woman behind the counter what it was, she stared at the box that was not taped yet expecting me to open it up and prove to her what was inside. Next she only offered one expensive option to ship the box, and when I asked if there was a cheaper option, she stared again and rolled her eyes, searched on the computer for maybe three seconds, just to say that there wasnt.The second time we went to the store was not much better. We were told that you could not ship anything in a box that once contained alcohol. This was a corona box that we just received a package in from USPS. I understand that there MIGHT be laws against this, but instead of up-selling is a new box or offering one to us, we were told to go home and find another box. We went to the liquor store next door and found a wine box, that was clearly a box that had alcohol inside at one point and repackaged the box. They accepted that box no problems, and though it cost more, they shipped it. It really feels that they just made us switch boxes to hastle us.Its pretty bad when the local Post Office has better customer service than a UPS store.

I have yet to speak to someone in that store without an attitude. Theres one woman in there, blondish who wears her hair in a bun on the top of her head, she is so rude and stares at you while typing in your postage information making you feel uncomfortable.

Horrible staff! They always seem as if they would rather be elsewhere. Had several packages delivered there with no problems. The last was with USPS, the staff said they could not accept the package without having a overpriced PO Box. That would have been nice to know prior to the package being lost in the ethers.

Sent a package to my daughter in Fl Almost 3 weeks ago via 3 day, took 5 days to show up, and still havent seen the cost of shipping rrefunded back yet. Ill be shipping FedEx next time.

Very upset with their service. We recently moved and ups delivered our packages to our old address, even though it said on the package, our new current address. When I called them about this, they where extremely rude and said their is nothing they could do, no customer service with ups. I asked if they had a forwarding address for us and they said no, yet they are able to deliver to the old address. Makes no sense. Now I am out my packages, which where sent from family and cannot be replaced.

I ordered a package on Tuesday February 10th. It was a Valentines gift so when I placed my order I paid extra for shipping so that I would receive my package before or on Valentines Day. I still hadnt received my package on Saturday February 14th so I checked my tracking number and when I did it said that my package had been delivered on Friday February 14th at 11:56 am. I never received my package so on Monday February 16th I went to this store to ask what I can do to find out where my package was. When I arrived, the two men that were working were very rude. They didnt ask what I needed or how they could help me. The first guy I talked to only said hi to me and then just stared at me. After I told him why I was there he looked at me like he didnt understand anything I had just said. Then the other man came out and said whats going on very rudely. So I then explained to him my situation so he looked up my tracking number on the computer and told me that it was delivered on Friday and when I explained to him that I had not received my package he treated me as if I was lying. He then said to me Ill give you the costumer service number and I said okay and was waiting for him to finish writing it down for me. He then looks at me and says well are you going to call or what? because he was apparently wanting to just give me the number by mouth even though he was also writing it down. Once I had gotten on the phone with the representative he also was extremely rude and very difficult to understand. He wouldnt explain to me what he was doing in order to find my package. He would leave the phone silent for minutes while I waited for him to explain to me what the process was of how to find my package and what steps would be taken next. I know that this store does not have control over the customer service representatives but I do not appreciate how the employees treated me and am very disappointed with my whole experience that I have had with UPS. After getting off the phone with costumer service and came to the conclusion that my package would be under investigation, I left the store. Neither employee offered me any more help nor did they acknowledge me leaving the store. Later that evening my neighbor had come to my door to tell me that they had received my package on their front porch hidden behind their snow shovel. I could have had my package on time (which is what I paid for) and not have gone through the hassle of dealing with rude employees. I will never use UPS by choice again and I hope that the employees will be confronted about how to properly handle customers and learn how to be more polite and helpful.

In middle of shipping quote I was on the phone with my customer to verify address as she asked, customer service rep walked away and never came back, 10 minutes later another rep walked up and asked if I had been helped. There then was a line with 6 more people behind me. Will never go back.
