My new tenant was looking for rental assistance. She called about the status, the receptionist was suppose to talk to the other person who does the rental assistance, now we are just hearing crickets. If they dont have the money just say so instead of crushing hopes.

There must be some seriously incompetent people working at this place. I just called and asked, Tell me about your rent assistance and emergency lodging? How does that work? What are your eligibility requirements?The young man who answered the phone said, Uh, well as far as rental assistance goes, you have to be behind on your rent, and you call on Friday and you just keep calling until someone picks up.Me: Uh huh. Okay, so how does your emergency lodging work?Him: We dont really have emergency lodging.Me: But it says on your website you do.Him: Yeah, we dont have that.Great, thanks for your help, idiot! What the hell kind of people work at this place??!

Talked to Matt, sounded like he was 12, couldnt answer any questions. When I said why cant you answer the questions pertaining to your job? He said I dont know.

Margaret was impatient and didnt want to answer any of my questions without sarcastic answers.
