A few days ago I went into the bank and there was only one teller to help people. Today I have been trying to call about some charges on my account and no one will answer the phone..I have been trying for 2 hours

Despise the new online banking app. Doesn’t show your pending charges until days later, when you’re already negative.

Awesome place to bank with and have lots different debit cards to offer for free checking account. Every time I go in people always take extra step to offer great customer service and Adrian is my go to guy who always is very fast to help and take care of anything I need. A+++ to this bank

Yes 1st National Bank is good, the tellers here are great, BUT if want to talk to a banker.....Well that’s just tough luck because the bankers here are a joke be prepared to sit and wait for them to have group circle time, literally, while you sit and wait 10 or more minutes. You would think leaving a message would work....WRONG....they will never call you back. I’ve talked with the manager and nothing has changed....I would venture to guess he might be one of them having circle time...bottom line is unless you’re here to see a teller just go elsewhere.

Tellers are great. Rest of staff very unprofessional. The bankers are a joke. Rude and unprofessional.

I have been a customer since 2006. They have handled all of my accounts. Business, teen, credit card and hsa accounts. Easy to use app

Just now sat in the drive thru commercial lane for 10 minutes before someone came to the window Had to honk to get thier attention.
