I called three separate PC repair services and they all said they couldnt help me out, but caveman computer was able to help me out with one of the weirdest issues either of us have ever seen. I highly recommend there services because they are dedicated to fixing the issue.

Travis was able to fix multiple things at one visit. I needed a printer connected wirelessly to my home network for both home business and for kids schoolwork. It was not connecting normally and needed advanced settings to make it work.I also needed backups on my computers for any future problems. I had a computer fall and got tea spilled on it. He was able to evaluate and determine I did not need to replace the computer or the motherboard. He did give me some options for a new motherboard replacement he could do if needed. I guess the power cord input is directly on the motherboard.Lastly, I needed photos taken off a phone that would not work before.He approached all problems with a good base of knowledge and background. He was also very friendly and followed safely guides as coming into our home. After meeting him, I look forward to working with him remotely as issues come up.

Travis was super helpful and really knew what he was doing. He saved me a trip to the shop by online counseling and fixed my issue. I highly recommend Travis hes very helpful and overlall a nice guy.

Cant say enough great things about Travis and Caveman Repair. I brought my apple macbook in with a cracked screen. Was told by Mac Shack it would take almost $900 to fix. Travis went way out of his way to track down a different screen for much less. In addition, I received a huge bonus. I brought my other macbook in thinking I could use that screen to replace the other as I was told by mac it had water damage. Guess what? Travis looked into that one and found that wasnt the case. So I ended up with 2 (like new macs) for $350 less than what I was quoted to fix the one. Lastly, Travis was VERY thorough in his communication with regular updates, asking for feedback etc. I would definitely recommend Travis / Caveman and will definitely be reaching out to him in the future when I need help with my computers!

Travis helped my wife and I select new, and better, computers and then installed them for us making sure to transfer all our old programs, files and photos. Once that was done, he made sure we understood how to navigate our new machines. He, later, even installed new antivirus software on the two new computers as well as a laptop and ran a virus scan on each, all remotely from Arkansas. He is computer savvy and patiently takes the time to make sure his clients understand how to use their machines to their best advantage. He is also a gentleman that is friendly and easy to talk with. We trust him to come into our home or to access our computers remotely. We are so glad he has decided to move to Colorado and operate out of Loveland so we can now say we have a regular computer guy. Travis was a great help! He checked our computer remotely and even though he isnt available to fix the problem he told us exactly what needed done and recommended someone to fix it for us. So, check this out. We took our computer to another (established) local shop, and paid $50 up front only to be told that our files could not be recovered and the computer was shot.I just so happened to see Travis and mentioned this to him and he says, Mind if I give it a shot? If I get nothing, you pay nothing. Not only did he get all the files off the computer and onto a USB drive, the computer is now fully functional again!So, yeah. A computer scam took over my computer at 9:00PM.All computer stores were closed but caveman picked up immediately and not only solved my issue but put my mind at rest by sharing his knowledge of similar scams and confirming I didnt make any vital mistakes with my attempts at solving the problem. This guy saved the day! My computer crashed and Travis was referred to me by a client and he worked on my computer all night long to get it up and running for me!
