I did not want to leave a bad review since I didnt get the opportunity to use this locations services. However I called the day before asking about a repair and they told me to stop by today to drop my computer off. And although it was during business hours the shop was closed up and no one was answering the phone. It was disappointing because we drove 30min to get to the store. I hope everyones ok.

My service technician (Zak) was outstanding. Very courteous and fast turnaround for my MacPro repair. HOWEVER this business has a close quarters lobby and does not enforce mask wearing. Another technician informed me he doesnt wear masks and was assisting a customer who had hers pulled down while they were speaking. While I appreciated the service I do not plan to return to a business with an obvious disregard to public health and to its customers.

Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my computer and went above to help me. Saved me lots of money by fixing my old computer so I do not need to buy a new one. Would HIGHLY recommend this company !

Bought a new desktop pc and didnt want to lose all our files and pictures on the old pc. Called All-In-One and Robert Wheeler came to our house and moved everything from the old pc to the new one and even cleaned up some things for us. Fantastic job, and we now have remote access with them if we need any help. Later on, we had a wireless keyboard that locked up and Zach was able to pair it with a new usb dongle and got us going again. Great company to do business with.

I thought I had deleted one of the most important folders that had 18 years worth of real estate marketing in it. Our service technician did a great job of getting my Dell and Mac computers back up to speed. Amazing work they do here. I was so sad thinking I lost all my files from my tower crashing. My first (so far) experience with All-in-One Computer Services and technician Zack has been absolutely outstanding! Cant say how pleased I am with their diagnoses and repairs of some relatively simple problems (ASUS laptop refused to restart on its own, and would not run on battery at all -- had to be plugged in). Their relatively modest fees for labor and great service/information for these problems were like night and day compared to the shoddy service given me by a major retailer (Denver Tech store) that claimed my only solution was getting a new motherboard (for the first problem) and then, apparently, proceeded to cause the second problem (battery) by not re-installing it properly. My 4-year old laptop (that had no other performance problems whatsoever anyway) now seems like a new machine -- thanks to All-in-One!!

I took my Mac computer to the above business after having the Geek Squad for Best Buy (I had a maintenance agreement) work on my computer. My printer would not print. They worked on line for one entire day and then it was not working still. I took both the computer into Best Buy and the Geek Squad personnel worked on it over an hour and got one piece of paper with little on it to print and it took 7 minutes to print. I then was told I probably needed a new computerNow into the good news. My daughter gave me a contact person and company that she had used and what a difference in service. Robert was very knowledgeable and told me there was nothing work with the computer, it just needed a few things fixed that was done by the person that I had taken it to last. He came out the next morning and took out the printer and reinstalled it and was able to get it running right away. He understood what my problem was and fixed it. He was personable and concerned about my stress in dealing with the inability to print for over a week. He went through several things with me to make things easier regarding both the printer and the computer. The cost: $70.00 (with senior discount). I was more than happy to pay that amount because I had been sending my e-mails that needed to be printed to my daughter and then she had to bring them to me when she had time. Please give this company a try and I know you will be satisfied.

Wonderful, painless experience! Walking in, there is a modest, comfortable lobby and the owner is professional and courteous. He diagnosed my computer and laid out my options with (competitive) pricing up front.When I went to pick up, the staff were very knowledgable and went through their process of repair with me. They were able to answer my questions, and didnt just give it back to me and tell me tough luck - they worked until they found the root of the problem and were able to successfully fix the complex issue my computer was having.10/10 would recommend, and I will be coming back for any and all other electronic repairs I may need.

They did a great job. Brought in a 10-year old laptop that was so slow it took 6 minutes to just boot up! They did the diagnostic assessment for $50. The hard drive was toast. Put in a new, solid state hard drive, loaded a newer operating system (Windows 10), and got it running far faster than when brand new (due to much, much faster solid state hard drive). Total cost for everything was only $200 (including the diagnostic), and now the laptop is far better than new. Very satisfied. I bet you will be too!

Great service! I stopped in to see if I could get an adapter for my hard-drive, they didnt have one for sale but did have one they use for repairs and verified that my drive was readable. They offered the service to move my files, I told them that I wanted to buy an adapter and prefer to do it myself. The gentlemen not only looked to see if it would be available locally (which it wasnt) but also looked it up and showed me the specific version I needed online. Though I didnt use their repair services this time, I would highly recommend them and will utilize their services in the future if needed. I appreciated the knowledge and respect they showed to me even though I didnt purchase anything and that moves them to the top of my list for returning in the future.

Working as a software engineer for many years, Im a tough customer with high expectations. This place exceeded them all, from the moment I walked in the door to when I picked up my laptop. A little background about me: Im an IT Professional myself with experience in the Computer Repair industry. Now mostly in software development, but when my daughters laptop started having issues that I suspected were Hard drive related, and me not feeling like going DIY on this (just didnt have the time to buy hard drive, figure out how to crack open laptop, replace HD, re-install windows 10, etc.) I opted to find a good repair shop in Loveland, so I came here and was not disappointed :-)Prices were reasonable considering the work done. My 1 year old laptop was completely dead: would not charge, turn on, no lights... nothing. This slowed down my work and forced me to limp along on an iPad. The laptop manufacturer said I could mail it back to them for support, but that was not a great option. Zack spent a few days diagnosing the laptop issue and narrowed it down to a bad charging port. Once a replacement part was ordered and installed, and after a little more tinkering by Zack, my laptop was back in business! These guys care about their customers and provide great service, low cost, and tremendous value vs. the black hole of mystery that is sending a device back to the manufacturer. Zack transferred all of my files and programs from my old computer to my new one. He was very careful about getting everything the way I wanted it and installing updated programs when appropriate. When I got back to my office and plugged in my new computer everything worked and it even recognized my old monitor and printer without my having to do anything! I did have one question and called him and he walked me through how to solve it.

These folks were very fast and good. Had them make a house call to get a virus off of my PC; they got my PC working again and printer working. They also made a couple of other changes; which made my computer safer. A week later I had a followup change; they fixed that issue over the phone with no charge. Ill use them every time. My experience with Zack Barton was extremely helpful. He went beyond the call of duty to help with my computer. He rewired it, sent for a second wire, researched my specific computer, advised on what to do and helped me set up my new computer when that became necessary. He provided me with Team Viewer so I could ask future questions. In addition, he gave me information on recycling two old computers that I need to dispose of in the near future. He made me feel comfortable with his breadth of knowledge and his easy personality of helping someone who know far less than he knows about computers. I brought my laptop into All in one and will not come back. I brought it in because it would not turn on. They said they would see if they could find out why and would call me back. Told me there was no charge to diagnose it. An hour later they called me back and said they could not fix it and wanted to charge me $60 dollars. Um what? Im not going to pay $60 for you to tell me you cant fix it. If they had told me there was a fee to diagnose it i would have immediately taken it elsewhere

Consistently impressed with the professionalism and sheer niceness of the staff members. I think of the computer as a Foreign Language, altho I worked in a university computer lab for several years, and these guys have gone the extra mile, with a smile, and dont seem to be sniggering at my senior age or my apparent lack of computer savvy. My power supply was flickering and they suggested places in town and online to order the part; I read horror stories about how the new power supply fried the motherboard so I was not willing to let my husband try to install it. I was in a bind, I was way behind, and I was willin to make a deal... I downloaded a virus, sent to me by a client in a nice, neatly labeled attachment that crippled my system. I was in the middle of a huge project and I didnt have the time for this sort of nonsense, so I called and Robert answered... we spoke, I explained, I begged and he came thru for me! Complete system reinstall of Win 10 done same day! WHAT!... seriously, if you have a computer need, give Jeff and Robert a call... they have always been the type of business I like to work with... they do what they say, and they do it. Super fast, super fair pricing and I highly recommend them.

Do not come here. I took my computer in on a Monday with some screen issues and just for them to see whats wrong is $45, but I proceeded anyways. They called the next day and told me what they thought was wrong and I told them to go ahead and fix it and to replace one cable in it was another $30 and told it should be fixed by the end of the week. The next Tuesday they called and told me the cable still isnt in but it should be soon and it would be fixed by the end of the second week. After not hearing anything I called the following Tuesday and they said the same thing. finally, that Thursday, they call and tell me its fixed but they broke the cover for the cable, but they would replace it for free and I would get it in a few days. After no call the following week, I call the next Monday after its been a month and they say its ready but two of the keys on the keyboard came loose and they could fix it but I would have to pay for the keyboard to be replaced. I did not bring my laptop in like that, but they would not repair it for no extra charge. Instead of arguing, I picked up my computer and paid. It took a month for them to change a single cable costing $76, and wouldnt replace keys that came loose during the repair. Will not be returning.

$105.00 later...they removed my anti-virus and did not re-install. I took it in for a problem with Microsoft outlook. Turned it on when I got home same problem. I even paid the $30 rush fee only to find that my computer is no better off except for the 2 days All In One had for some rest & relaxation. Ill use the Geek Squad next time. Unfortunate as I like to promote independent businesses.This morning, Jeff the owner called me back and apologized. He then remotely took over my computer, resolved my issues and asked that I bring the computer in just so that he could personally look it over. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will use Jeff and All In One Computer for my future computer service needs. Thank you Jeff!

Excellent service when my computer crashed completely unexpectedly. They figured out the issue and were able to address it quickly. I will definitely use All In One Computer Services again when I need them.

We installed a Mesh network at our house. We were having issues with our WiFi reaching our security cameras around our home and the signal being a mere fraction of what we had been paying for every month. If we streamed on more than one device at a time then nothing seemed to work. We were told to look at getting an expensive gaming router to eliminate our problems. Then we spoke with the knowledgeable staff at All In One Computers and they suggested a mesh network. They came out and showed us how even with a high end gaming router that we wouldnt necessarily fix all of our WiFi concerns. Our issues were resolved once the mesh network was installed. All our cameras are showing full signal bars, and because they are connecting to the different router hubs placed throughout the home, we no longer have that issue. We are also still able to stream to all of our electrical devices and are getting 99% of our paid for signal strength. We feel like we have come out of the digital dark ages by switching to a mesh network and we have All-In-One Computer Services to thank.

I have gone to All In One Computers for about ten years. I will never set foot in their store again. I bought a refurbished laptop. They basically lied about the laptop. They forgot to mention it was ten years old and on its last legs. I called to return it within two weeks of having purchased it. They were not happy. When I tried asking questions the employee told me to take a chill pill. This is zero customer service. When I tried to tell Jeff, the owner, about what had happened, he did not want to hear it. Jeff was soooooo kind to say he would only charge me a restocking fee for the lap top. Since the merchandise was not portrayed accurately, I canceled all charges on my credit card. If you dont know computers dont buy anything there, they only want to move equipment. The best defense against shops like this is to educate oneself or bring someone that knows computers!

My computer was there for nearly a month because they couldnt get the part. They were unconcerned and didnt rush the part until I called four times. It was a power port. Now the computer shuts off at will, but I will NOT return. Do not go to All-In-One if you want good customer service; anywhere else would be better.

I figured I should add my experience to the list of reviews, as that is what helped guide me to All-in-One in the first place. I had a 2 year old Windows 10 / i5 laptop that had a broken hinge on one corner, although still functioned. The computer opened and shut, but clicked as it passed through the range of motion. It was annoying more than anything. I started to take the computer apart myself to determine what part(s) it needed, but realized that I didn’t have the patience nor experience, so trusted these folks to assess it and tell me what it would take to fix. I’ll spare all of the details of the back and forth, but it came down to this… I was told it would need $200+ in parts, so made the decision to have them put it back like I brought it in. Turns out that was impossible… Then I was told that it wasn’t going to go back together and that the other hinge and other internal parts had broken in the process of disassembling it (since this model was so difficult to get apart). It was basically a non-working computer with the entire bottom casing nearly in 2 pieces. I wish that they would have warned me that taking it apart could break it further to the point that it was useless. I also wish they would have stopped before proceeding instead of forcing things apart. So, it boiled down to this: I paid $45 for them to assess what it needed for repair, and they returned it to me ruined. No apology, no offer to refund the $45, no offer to fix anything that wasn’t broken when I brought it in.I’m sure these folks have good intentions and have experience in certain areas, but I wouldn’t let them take apart your laptop unless you’re ok with the chance that it may come back in pieces.

My Samsung S6 went through the washing machine. I thought it was beyond hope. Brought in to Jeff to see what he could do. He fully explained what he could and couldnt do. Two days later, to my amazement, they got it working. Very satisfied with their work on my phone.

It has been about a month since I picked up my new computer, so wanted to give ample time to be sure that everything I asked for was completed and working properly? It Is!So I stopped by All in One to get some answers as to which direction I should pursue in updating my laptop which was out of date and very very slow! My consultant was Robert who was so very understanding and took a lot of time walking me thru all of the options and pricing, and explaining some of the computer jargon that Im just not familiar with - Thank You Robert! And of course the owner Jeff!In the end I decided on a tower system, which was half the cost of a new laptop and also it, as I said, set up and ready to go as soon as I turned on for 1st. time, including the printer driver and WIFI system - Yea!I would definitely recommend All in One for your computer needs and answering questions and which direction to go in the computer world!Thank You ALL IN ONE !!

I am almost 1200 miles away from my parents, and sometimes have a tough time helping my 85 year old dad with his computer issues. He LOVES spending time on his computer, doing genetics research and posting to various blogs. I bought him a new, super fast computer back in January and havent had a chance to travel to see them since. Hes been struggling to get set up on his new computer.This is where Jeff comes to the rescue. After a brief conversation with Dad on Friday, I called the shop and spoke to Zach. He set up an on-site for the following Tuesday. Jeff called me on Monday and I explained the situation and what needed to be accomplished.I spoke to him briefly during the appointment and he seemed to have a good handle on the situation. My Mom had decided to make herself scarce during the appointment (very wise!) so Dad was in Jeffs very capable hands.My dad is VERY happy with his 8 month old new computer. He knows where all of his stuff is and is back on line. (He had turned off his wifi router accidently.)Since I was paying for the appointment, I called Zach this afternoon to settle the bill, bracing myself for the worst. Any price was worth it, I kept telling myself. I was VERY pleasantly surprised to hear that Jeff only billed for 1 hour!I couldnt recommend Jeff and his crew any higher. They are OUTSTANDING!
