I only have great things to say about my whole experience with Windows Direct from the initial appointment with Ray to the installation of doors and windows with Bradley and Tracy. I was informed at each interval of the process and when a date and time was scheduled for the installation Bradley and Tracy arrived within the timeframe promised and the job was done within the time quoted. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with how the windows and doors look. I greatly appreciate the dedication of Bradley and Tracy and their attention to detail to complete the project on time and done correctly the first time. We just had all the windows and doors in our house replaced it was long overdue and a big job, our old windows were all odd sizes and poorly installed would be an understatement. Tracy and Bradley worked so hard on our installment they had to do so much extra work to just fix the mess that was left from the old windows and doors. Our home was respected through the entire process we couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with windows direct. Our windows and doors are absolutely beautiful and great quality our house is already staying cooler!!!!

Josh came to my house on 9/24/20, for a estimate on windows. He was very direct and awesome to work with, he went through the entire process of telling me about the company and how they operate, along with the manufacture and how they are made. He also gave me a the best windows with the best price ever that no competitor could even touch or even come close too. He was so precise that I was very confident and signed a contract that day. Needless to say, I’m very excited to get my new windows installed!!! I know I’m going to love ‘em!!!

The entire process with Windows Direct Louisville was transparent and easy. Quote was simple, easy and educational and the installers were here on time, installed a great product and cleaned up after themselves all while being safe and practicing social distancing. It was like they were never here except our windows look amazing now and actually keep air from seeping in. We plan to replace some doors soon as well and will be calling them again for all our future needs.

After selecting high-end vinyl clad famous name windows for the last house we built and having to replace every sash in them I decided it wasnt worth it. The Windows Direct windows are not only lower cost but a much higher quality window than the famous name windows I previously purchased. I have already referred them to multiple friends and family! Installers were great and our salesperson Josh was fantastic. Will definitely uses them in the future!

I love my new window from Windows Direct! Everyone I talked to was very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable, too. I only needed one window because it was broken. Josh found a window to match the others in my house almost perfectly!! It was just installed today and I cant believe how well it matches!! My house is 20 years old, and the windows are all still original. You really have to look hard to tell the difference. And, even if you see the difference, you can tell that the new window from Windows Direct is a better quality window than the original windows. If I ever need more windows or doors, I definitely know who Im going to call!
