Im so excited! My Tru Fit Windows are looking pretty amazing and hats off to their installers! Not only did they handle my old wood siding with care, they are also puppy approved as my Labs were trying to help🤣. I couldnt be more pleased.

The install guys did an amazing job and the outside metal wrapping work is extremely impressive. We had 4 window companies over for quotes and chose Tru Fit. We obviously made the correct choice. They put windows in my condo and the frame by the window ended up getting a big crack in it and they won’t fix it. Would not recommend.

StateFarm recommended them and after my experience I won’t use anyone else! Brad C. performed an excellent job replacing our windshield in our vehicle. Very professional, polite, prompt and efficient. Explained everything in great detail. Thanks for the great work!

Very professional company. The staff is friendly, and service oriented.They replaced eight windows in my home, and did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable, and the warranty is excellent.There was a stress crack in one my windows when it arrived. They quickly took care of the issue.I recommend them.

Replaced 13 windows and patio door for us. Sabra (owner) was very personable and came to our home and wrote estimate personally. Price was in line with same quality windows and much lower than some. This was not my first time buying windows, bought 16 for a former home so I was watching closely for professionalism. Crew was on time and finished within the time they promised. Been two years now and were still very satisfied. Have not had any warranty issues but I can only assume they will be just as professional

We hired Trufit to install new windows in our entire home. When it came time to complete the job they took out our front picture window and tossed it aside, and pulled the new one off the truck. The new window was measured 10 inches short. The answer...board up my window area with plywood and 2x4s. They ordered a new window...and it took a month to come in! The owner of Trufit refused to address the issue directly, and asked the project manager to deal with me. He was nice enough, but it did not matter...we had a boarded up house. The installers also scuffed up our paint, and the project manager said it was done in a shoddy way. He said he’d touch up the paint as a courtesy...and he missed 2 windows. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS!!!

Sale person, listened to my wants and needs. Did not try to oversell me. Prompt and courteous installers. Great product and wonderful installation. Windows look great. Very pleased.

I had just bought the house and the old owners had called Tru Fit to install since there was a broken window. It was easy to schedule, they came when they said with a call on the way. The install went smooth and the technician was pleasant with my son, he even cleaned up his own mess. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a no hassle install.

I had them come readjust my 4 times since they put in Dec 2019. My Dabble hang where post come with full screens they only with half screen.they want to charch me for them. .

Poor service. They sent a bunch of kids to replace 5 grand in windows. There Tru fit is called caulk. Huge gaps filled with lots of caulk. Get windows somewhere else because this group is pitiful.

DO NOT BUY from this outfit. Rude and condesending, did not deliver on any level. Im a fool for saying yes. The windows delivered were supposed to be superior and match existing windows I had replaced by a competitor when I first bought my home.I believed what she said, Trufit did nothing but deliver a second rate product that did not match my existing replacement windows. Customer service the lowest I have ever experienced. If you bought windows from Trufit Windows, get your refund NOW. Too many competitors that can offer more. This company never tried to remedy any dissatisfaction, only laughed in our faces, literally speaking. I never write reviews, but in this case I do. The consumer always gets screwed in the end. Make careful choices, Im paying for it now. Trufit windows sucks.PERIOD
