Got our windows replaced by the folks at Louisville Window Co.Our house is about 100 years old so these windows were due to be replaced!Very happy with the service. Everyone is very nice. During installation, they catered to my child’s nap time and my meeting time without resulting in any delays on the installation. Finished in 1,5 days and they cleaned up the mess, etc.Couldn’t be more satisfied with our new windows. They definitely made this house seem brand new!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. We looked at a few companies, but went with LWC because they were the most responsive, nicest to deal with, and their prices were much better (almost unbelievably so).The guys installed 8 windows in less than 2 full days, working through a winter storm without a single complaint or issue. We appreciate the quality work that Louisville Window completed at our house. They replaced a large picture window . It was a complicated job since they had to rebuild the opening to a different size. The finished product looks great. We would use them again.

Louisville Window Company went above and beyond. Not only was the initial installation process great, but the group responded immediately and repeatedly to problems with leaking around one of our windows. We ultimately found that this was due to a roofing issue, and Louisville Window provided a temporary fix while we awaited a permanent fix from our roofer. Even though none of this was actually a problem with the windows they made every effort to address our concerns. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I couldn’t be happier with my windows and the level of service that we received. I went through two other companies prior to these guys and my quote was 5k-8k higher for the same quality of windows. Our sales Rep Matthew was always quick to respond to any of my questions and was very polite. We ordered 3 windows with this company and have only had professional, pleasant experiences so far. Their clean-cut, punctual and courteous manners have won us over, not to mention affordability and quality. We received numerous quotes from other window companies who tried to waste time with hour long presentations and unnecessary quotes for projects we werent interested in. These other companys prices were way out of our budget and claimed it was because of a 20 year warranty that only they could offer, which clearly isnt true since Louisville Window Company is able to offer that same 20 year warranty. Huge shout out to Andrew Roby and Matt who were able to make a late change we wanted to our windows due to our own indecisiveness. We are truly blown away by how this was handled and never felt like we were an inconvenience. Theyve been more than happy to answer our questions along the way and without making us feel like were a bother. It was great working with this company. They communicate well and were very professional. I am very satisfied with the windows they installed and they even did some metal wrapping on the outside of my bay window for no extra charge! They also put some sealant on the outside of one of my other older windows that I did not get replaced because occasionally rain comes in and drips on the floor. Things like that go a long way! I would suggest this company to anyone looking for new windows!

They kept me informed every step of the way, as we were having a new door installed in the middle of covid and the timeline had to be pushed back some due to production. (Nothing to do with them- had to do with the manufacturing plants of the door) they kept us informed of the time line constantly and were always in communication. Once we received the door- they came and put it in immediately and it looked amazing! I was incredibly happy with their work, professionalism and they were very reasonably priced. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking to hire a trustworthy company, and a very professional group of people. And this company seemed to have the lowest prices and the highest amount of reviews. So I went with them and glad I did! I didnt get the installers names but they were both very nice and did a great job. They even hung my blinds back up for me. The window looks amazing and I love that the top and bottom parts come down for easy cleaning.

We had the pleasure of having our home’s windows replaced by Louisville Window Company a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier with the work they did, how they presented themselves, and the communications throughout. From the moment Matt came to our home to give us a quote this company stood out. They were not pushy at all, answered all my questions throughout the entire process within minutes, were very fairly priced, and provided a quality window. Install day I thought was going to be messy, long, and loud, I was completely wrong! The crew of 3 people (all full time employees of LWC) were respectful, didn’t smoke, were dressed professionally and worked masterfully to carefully take out and install each window leaving zero trace of debris or dust. It was impressive to watch and it took them no time at all. I checked each window afterwards and could tell the level of professionalism and skill they have. The next day Micah came back and single handedly custom formed the metal wrapping for each window with precision and care. He along with Matt are great guys and make you feel so good about the choice you made in using them. This company recently installed two large windows in a 1905 Highlands home for my wife and me. Despite the challenges of an older house these folks did an absolutely terrific job! In addition to their quality work, I was most impressed by the courteous demeanor of all of their representatives: punctual with appointments, patient with explanations, efficient in installation and clean up, and sensitive to our satisfaction as customers. We are now looking for an opportunity to use their services again.

Called to get information and received the worst customer service over the phone. I just kept getting short answers or no answers that made it seem like my questions were not worth their time and/or effort. Not sure who answered the phone but he clearly did not want my business.

Easy to work with over the phone/text/email for my rental property. Got the work done fast and for a reasonable price. They offered to go above and beyond on the install but the message was not relayed to the install team and they left. However they came back to complete the job as they had promised. Cant thank Matt and Micah enough for their outstanding work on our window. I did heavy research of other companies and yielded 3-4 quotes for our project and only Louisville Window Companys quote was appropriate - all others were hundreds of dollars more. We had a very large, over 70 inch wide window that we needed to make about half in width to accompany a kitchen expansion. I called and they were able to meet me at my house the same day to take measurements, and gave me the quote the very next day. They worked with me to change a few things and we signed the quote and they ordered the window and had it installed within about a week (half of what they initially told us, to be on the safe side!). They completely reframed the window, insulated it, re-sided the outside, waterproofed it, and cut and reattached the existing framing. The window also perfectly matches the others in the house, original from the 80s. The people we have showed said it looks like it has always been that way! Because they installed so early, we were able to gain a week in our overall renovation timeline. Could not be more pleased!
