Tim at Sternberg in Middletown always goes above and beyond for us and we rent a lot of vehicles from him. Never had an issue and wont consider going anywhere else. Vehicles are always clean and ready when we arrive.

Perfect truck and amazing service! They took the time to explain several options to ensure we got the best truck for our needs. We arrived to pick it up early on a cold winter am and they had it pulled up and running to warm it up for us! The truck was very clean inside and out and the return process was quick and easy. Highly recommend Sternberg for all truck rental needs.

Sternberg Truck & Van Rental was amazing to work with for our truck rental! The 16 truck was the perfect size for our move to our home. The truck was impeccably clean and easy to drive. The customer service was outstanding. It took less than 5 minutes to pick up the truck and less to return it. I highly recommend Sternberg Truck & Van Rental for any rental needs!

Tim was good to work with; however, the experience was not a good one! They gave me a pick-up truck 1/2 ton that needed some tire balancing work to be done, he said it was to be done but yet rented it out to me without making sure it was done, nonetheless my ride over 60MPH was VERY SHAKY....I received no price break on this issue or a refund. I used the truck for 80 miles and had the truck approximately 4 hours.This would NOT be my first choice in the future now because of this issue.Thank youDean Tomes

I recently needed a truck for a 300 mile roundtrip. I recalled seeing Sternbergs large selection and ultimately rented a 12 box truck. The truck was very clean, drove well, handled my needs completely and was readily available. Plus, after comparing with national companies I realized I would receive substantial savings by renting from Sternbergs. Their staff was courteous and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them for truck rentals.
