My wife and I can’t say enough nice things about this business - Doug, Ann and Kathy epitomize what a small family run business stands for! They work extremely hard to provide their customers a superior product and service and go out of their way to treat them all with courtesy and respect!My wife and I have had a space here for three years and we have been so impressed with how secure the units are and how clean they are - the property is unbelievably well maintained and that speaks directly to the character of the ownership!We saw a great example of their attitude toward customer service just the other day. We were moving our stuff to a larger unit when Doug stopped what he was working on to come and check on us to see if we needed any help. I mean, how cool was that?Bottom line - my wife and I really appreciate doing business with a company like Empire Storage - the people are terrific and our stuff is safe, secure and well taken care of!!!

This is one of the finest examples of a well-run local business Ive found on the Front Range. I cant overstate the level of quality and attention to detail I experienced in dealing with the staff here. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their equipment and facilities were clean and effective, and their prices were competitive. I have already recommended Empire Storage to several of my friends, and will continue to do so as long as theyre around.

Love Empire Storage. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Also, reasonably priced. Ive used them twice now for container storage and never disappointed with the service.

I rented a UHaul truck from Empire and returned it to a location in Highlands Ranch. The people at Empire were great during the rental process. Furthermore, the company in Highlands Ranch that I returned it to charged a cleaning fee of $25 despite the truck being clean and the people at Empire went out of their way to help try to get the charge refunded. It was not something they were obligated to help with, but they chose to do so anyway.

We leased three units from Empire for almost three years. It is a first class, family-owned and managed operation. Spotless, secure and efficient. If you are looking for a professional storage place, Empire, hands-down is the best around. Look no further.M and A Lees

Empire Storage is awesome! Even the un-climate-controlled units stay pretty neutral. The price is the most reasonable that Ive seen in this area, the location is very convenient, and the staff is kind and quick to respond to all inquiries.

I love how clean, safe, convenient and central Empire Storage is. It is also the most beautiful storage place I have ever experienced. The rates are well beyond reasonable and the owners are kind, helpful and personable. I stop in and have a coffee when I need to enter my unit with Ann.

Hands down, the best experience I have had with a storage facility. The owner was very helpful and flexible in meeting our needs. The fact that he manages and operates the facility makes a big difference, I believe. I highly recommend them.

Moving is the least exciting, least fun, most aggravating thing to do...EVER! However, if you use these folks, some of that irritation will be totally mitigated. They are kind and friendly when you walk in and TOTALLY supportive throughout the move. We needed our truck for longer and they helped. We had to switch out trucks and they were present and helpful. Drive the extra few miles and use them. They are the best game in town.

I find Empire Storage to be the best in the area. The prices are good, its always clean and well kept and the management has been easy to work with.

This place is an undiscovered GEM!I am extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the ease of access to the facility, but the customer service is also excellent.I had asked for a 10x20 indoor unit and all they had was 2 10x10 units. James showed me 2 units right across from each other and offered to only charge for the price of a 10x20 without me asking.This may seem like a small thing, but this was after a full day of trying to find other storage units who didnt make this offer even after I asked them to do so.Thats the kind of customer service and thoughfulness I wish all companys had. It makes me want to be a loyal customer.Renting the unit took 10 minutes and getting in, unloading, and getting out is a breeze.

*Im just updating this review three years later to say this business still owes me $10, they are liars and thieves. I hope this bumps the review so others can see what kind of owner this is.*The owner said negative reviews wont matter to his business. So I guess well see about that.Liars and Thieves - I support small business in Boulder county, but we cannot tolerate business practices like this. After filling up the Uhaul truck with gas (just 3 miles from Empire Storage) I dropped off the uhaul at Empire Storage after hours. And there was my mistake. I received no follow up call or email, but a week later a charge for $10 appears on my credit card. I called to inquire 1) why I was not notified of additional charges and 2) what the original charge was for. I was told it was gas charge. After discussing, the person on the phone agreed the gauge on this particular truck does not have as many markings (it marks in 1/8ths instead of 16th) so where I believed it was 5/8ths full, they viewed it as 9/16th full and charged me for three gallons of gas. No kidding, all this over 1/16th a tank of gas. The person the phone told me they would refund my $10. I waited 10 days but no refund showed up on my credit card. I called back in and talked to who I believe is the owner. He was very rude and insisted I was wrong and owed him the $10. After debating over this silly matter he agreed to refund the $10 only after I told him I would take this issue public. He wrote down my address and was going to send a check. Ive given this company every benefit of the doubt. Now after waiting a month for my check which I never received Ive decided to let the public know about these unscrupulous billing practices AND their lack of follow through to resolve issues. This review is not about $10, it is about liars and cheats. Do not use Empire Storage for any of your needs.
